« the house was great for our needs - it was nicely furnished fully stocked with the essentials in the kitchen. the host checked in when it was especially cold to ensure the heat and water were working correctly. the living room was very comfortable with leather reclining chairs and a gas fireplace that heated the room very well. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. « The house was cozy and comfortable. The location was great while dropping our son off at Wesleyan University for his sophomore year. The lake was a peaceful place to relax and read. »

« I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. »
