« Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

« The ambiance of the Bird's Nest was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed watching the birds at the bird feeder throughout the day. Everyone was having a good time.Perfect for our little dogs to have access to an enclosed yard. The host went all out to think of every need. »

« Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund. »
