« I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call...

« The host communicated briefly but throughly. We didn’t have any issues with our stay. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. A perfect place to stay for a group of 3 or less. Traveling to downtown was 12 mins, this stay is conveniently located in a great area. »

« The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...

« Host was amazing & friendly! Very fast on communication.Had issues with one of bedroom door, it wouldn’t close properly. Missing shower head but host did let me know in advance the day of my reservation but would’ve still been nice to have had one.Decent size yard if you plan on taking your fur baby. »

« Location was really good. Checkin was easy and all necessary information was provided. There is on 1 TV in the apartment and it was in the living room which was OK but their was no couch just a daybed to sit on and it was quite uncomfortable. Also there was only a total of three towels. They were thin and scratchy. »
