« We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. The place smelled or weed and cigarette smoke (it's a NON-smoking), What ever the staff was cooking smelled so heavily of curry and was very off putting... the carpet was stained, filthy and smelled like mildew... « The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room. »

« Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones.
