Hotel Sud-ouest de l'Indiana

« i don't usually write reviews but figure that this one was worth it. I'd say like all properties and experiences, your expectations matter a lot. So, if you're going to Santa Clause, IN, you're likely going to Holiday World as part of the trip. And if that's what you're doing and using this hotel for, it is perfect. Location is great, maybe 2 minutes drive to Holiday World parking. It is an easy walk or drive to grocery, 1-2 restaurants, etc in case you need to supply up and/or feed your crew....

« There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website. »
