Dear Pamela,There is no other staff except me, I’m not entering randomly to the rooms and I’m knocking on the door.I’m every morning cleaning all rooms exception is if your room card is in the slot ,which mean that you are in the room and we are not entering if card is in the slot or you press button do not disturb , or you told us in advance that you don’t want cleaning.This is common system for almost all hotels in the world.So far neither one guest said, that feel usafe, opposite your review all of them they are very satisfied with accommodation and host.We are doing best to keep satisfied our guest and our great satisfaction is return nice words.Kind regardsYour host Ivana
