Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! »

« This place was great for our recent family vacation. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 small kids, and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were both super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible to I-40. There are good food options just one exit away in either direction on the interstate. »
