« When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing! »

« The Staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate all our needs. I am handicap and we were given a handicap room with great amenities. I would definitely stay again when in the area. »

« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »

« They did not have an electric car charger. I was told I would have to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. They stuck me in a handicap room and said they could not change it. »

« This hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are very nice and very clean. It is in a good location; right by Cool Springs Mall. The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good! »

« Felt very safe in this hotel. Perfect location not too far from things to do, and quiet as well. There were some stains on the carpet on the second floor hallway and it smelled like dog. The room did not smell bad, was really clean and I appreciated how cool the room got with the ac. Tvs need updated but I don’t mind the older channels. Breakfast was in a small space but really good. Not too many options to pick from but the quality of the food was good. »
