You can tell these property owners have been doing this awhile as every need is anticipated. The home made me feel nostalgic for my childhood, yet it had modern twists. If I had to complain about something to attempt to show fairness, I couldn't. We will definitely stay with Cozy in KC again. »

« The place was very clean and reasonably priced. Make sure the address numbers are correct. Driving instructions had different number. Need to replace metal railing outside with something sturdier »

« We needed accommodations in KC for a 6 day stay. We found this cute, very homey house to stay at. We really enjoyed the layout of this home and the large, fenced in backyard. It made traveling with a large dog so much nicer. Everything was so clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Kristen, our host, was always available and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again! »

« Great location, easy walk to restaurants and market. Able to get to stadiums and other attractions within 20 minutes Bedrooms were comfortable- loft area with 3rd bed was great for a kid, but not made for an adult. We enjoyed our stay. »
