« There was a ROKU device on each TV, which was very handy. The soap, shampoo, & conditioners in the bathroom were handy. There were small bugs found by the 11 year old but no one else. They were possibly just millers because everything was very clean. I would have liked the check in time to be earlier & the check out to be later. Four p.m. to 10 a.m. isn’t very long—shorter than a hotel stay most of the time! The price was good, though, & the location was perfect. »

« Loved staying in this super cute cottage in Eureka Springs. The cottage was clean upon arrival. The location was perfect. We were only a block from the shops, an amazing coffee shop and another wonderful restaurant. The cottage though was removed from downtown so it was quiet. The rooms were a great size for us (my husband and I). The bathroom had an amazing tub. The jets in the tub were strong and worked well. I hope we can come back sometime and stay in this wonderful cottage again. »

« This place is wonderful! There were so many things to do, and plenty of room to spread out. Our younger grandchildren loved the pool, and the older ones enjoyed the dock and lake. Grandpa had fun teaching pickleball to the family on the court. Several family members checked out the pretty hiking trails. The mid century design of the house is lovely and unique, and it was a great place to stay! »

"Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumiÚre ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
