« Very nice place. We stopped there on our way to Sequoia National Park and it's very convenient to reach the park from here. The breakfast was excellent and we were welcomed like premium guests ! « Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here...

« My family had a wonderful stay at Brian’s property. It was just what we needed for a getaway and provided easy access to the park. Really enjoyed the wildlife outside and the neighbors livestock was a hoot! The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the house clean and tidy. »

« We got totally scammed at this VRBO. The house was essentially abandoned. Completely over grown yard, garbage on the porch, garbage throughout the property. The host never responded to questions about check in. Phone number we called went straight to voicemail and we were never able to contact the host. The gate to the property was chained up and had no trespassing signs with images of guns on them. How VRBO allows the property to be listed on their site still is incomprehensible. We are now...
