Sliding doors connect the open kitchen to a spacious front deck with a propane grill, and a table with umbrella for outdoor gathering and enjoying the sunset. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and attached full bathroom, and another with a full size daybed. A washer, dryer, and open entry space to put beach bags, toys and towels make it practical for enjoying plenty of beach time. There is ample entertainment with board games, cards, shuffle board, TV's and a shady back patio surrounded by tropical landscape to provide privacy and peace. Everything you need is in walking distance, so you can park your car and forget about it. You will be just steps away from the beach, Publix, local restaurants, Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, the Vilano Pier, and water taxis to historic St Augustine.
