This property is simply amazing! Bathrooms in every bedroom, a huge gathering space on the top level and an elevator for groceries and/or those who wish not to do the stairs. The pool, the yard and the wildlife were enjoyed by all. The views are fabulous, and in September, it was like having our own private beach. We hope to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing. As in, over the top AMAZING!Part of me doesn't want to leave this review, because I really want this house to be available next time my family would like to stay there. But I'm going to take the risk by letting you in on the secret that you do not want to miss out on staying in this house. It's extremely nice. It's super spacious. It's immaculately clean. The views are stunning. The pool is massive. The beach is pristine...and quiet!And on top of all that, the owner is incredible. Warm and hospitable, kind and helpful in every way possible. Has thought of everything to make your stay as smooth, comfortable, and convenient as possible.I know I sound like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. I can't recommend this house enough. Just PLEASE don't stay there the next time we'd like to come. :)

We celebrated our mother’s 80th birthday, we loved the location. Great fun for everyone. The pool is lovely and all of the toys, beach umbrellas and chairs were just perfect. The elevator was perfect for my father in law who could never have taken the stairs. One of our favorite vacations and perfect VRBO!

The house was totally awesome in every way. It was very clean, very well stocked and quality, tasteful furniture. Kelly was a great host. She was attentive to our needs from the booking as well as throughout the stay. The location is private and the beach was not crowded. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced. The house has amazing from views from the multiple decks. The elevator was reliable. We enjoyed cooking meals together and there were some great restaurants within a short distance, Viola’s for Italian and Commander’s Fish Camp for local seafood. The WiFi worked great all week. With 3 washers/dryers we even left with clean clothes. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Gorgeous, five-star property

This was our third year at this property and it couldn’t be more perfect for our group of 20. Having king beds and en-suite baths in EVERY bedroom is luxurious, and nobody feels like they are getting the worst room - there simply isn’t one. The outdoor areas, ping pong, and the game room provide so many choices of activities that there is no way to get bored, even if a thunderstorm rolls in. Our biggest concern every day was how much time to spend at the beach vs the pool, the walk is so convenient that we did both. Having the fridge, wet bar, and poolside bathroom steps from the lounge chairs make this feel like a resort, without any other people. Our only lament is that we couldn’t book our same week for 2026 - maybe my reviews were too good?

Fantastic Property!

The property is amazing!!! Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, amazing views, great pool, access to beach was great and lots of beach accessories. Kelley was easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions I may have had. I would highly recommend staying here.

A perfect family vacation

My husband and I hosted our entire family, ages 13 months to 74, for the first time to celebrate my 70th birthday. The house and grounds were incredible. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the one bathtub was shared by the young families. The third floor kitchen and living room was our gathering place for meals. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home and even included a full range of spices and staples. The toddlers split their time between the pool, which was cleaned twice that week, and the beach for building sandcastles, flying kites, and wadding in the water. The home had multiple beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, and sand toys. We practically had the beach to ourselves and enjoyed the morning sunrise walks. The elevator was a major plus for the older adults and the times we made big grocery runs. The owner, Kelly, was assessable at all times before and during our trip. If I rent this home again, I will do a better job assigning cleaning tasks to the young families. No matter how hard we tried, the little ones were messy and carried beach sand in their clothes. I would suggest hosing the little ones head to toe at the boardwalk. There was a vacuum cleaner and I would also suggest assigning one family each day to vacuum the entry door. We did not find a mop or Swiffer which we could have used on the third floor. The owner added 150 for additional cleaning which was totally justified.

Gorgeous spacious retreat

This was a beautiful open home with plenty of room for three generations of family to get together to celebrate a big birthday. We enjoyed lovely meals together, games, pool and beach time, and all had enough space for needed down/alone time as well. Really lovely rental.

Wonderful Get away

A wonderful property on the beach with incredible views! A perfect place to reunite with family and friends. Plenty to do! The home is gorgeous and can accommodate everyone comfortably! The views from every room are stunning. Having a glass of wine watching the sunsets or a cup of coffee watching the sunrise on the balconies is a perfect way to start and end the days. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Family Home

This was my second time with a large family group at this house. The house is huge and excellent for large families. Each bedroom is comfortable and private, with spacious bathrooms. The common space upstairs has beautiful views. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need to cook and bake. The kids loved the playroom. And the beach is world class. Would very much recommend!

Perfect House

We had family and friends stay the weekend for a birthday celebration. The house was able to accommodate everyone’s needs. The access to the beach and pool was awesome. We truly enjoyed our weekend. In addition, Kelly was very responsive to all my questions and needs. We look forward to renting another one of their properties in the future.
