Unglaublich. Fantastisch. Bezaubernd. Es gibt nicht genügend beschreibende Begriffe, um diese lebendige Balkonsuite zu beschreiben. Dies ist eine ideale Lage im 4. Stock, in der Nähe des Strandzugangs und des Poolbereichs, aber mit ungehindertem Blick auf das Meer. Der Balkon ist der perfekte Ort, um Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Ihr Frühstück zu genießen, wenn die Sonne über dem Wasser aufgeht. Es gibt ein rotes Queen-Size-Schlafsofa aus Leder und einen bequemen übergroßen Ledersessel. Es gibt einen riesigen 46 "Flachbildfernseher, Paddelblatt-Deckenventilatoren und einen niedlichen Tisch für zwei Personen im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist gerade genug, mit zwei Kochfeldern, Toaster und einem neuen mittelgroßen Edelstahlkühlschrank (Stand 11/2019). Das Badezimmer hat eine neue / ebenerdige Dusche. Die Farben am Meer und die edelsteinfarbenen Fliesen verleihen einen Strandcharme, mit dem nur wenige Eigentumswohnungen mithalten können. Das private Schlafzimmer wirkt exotisch. Genießen Sie den Blick auf den 36-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher vom Queensize-Bett aus, während der Deckenventilator Sie mit einer Meeresbrise zum Schlafen bringt. Diese Wohnung im 4. Our condo was very clean and well stocked. Shannon was very communicative and helpful. We had no issues checking in or out. And of course the view was amazing. This was a fabulous experience! We're definitely coming back and can't wait!

It was nice how easy it was to get the boardwalk to the beach. The location was perfect, only 10-15 minutes from downtown St.Augustine,but also the beach was never crowded. The view of the moon was amazing at night. The condo itself, was small but perfect sized for me and my boyfriend. The ac kept it nice and cold. My only complaint would be that the TV in the living room glitched out a lot, but we were there for the beach, not to watch TV, lol. So it didn't bother me much. Over all a wonderful experience, might be my yearly birthday trip location from now on!

I loved the location. It was quiet and not crowded. I did not like the room. It is dated. In desperate need of renovation. The bed was full size not a king as advertised. There were too many remotes, no Smart TVs, too many mirrors. The room was cluttered with stuff not needed. The hot water pressure was low. The cable tv was awful only about 10 channels and half were news channels. I will not stay at this location again.

Our main complaints dealt with the hideous decor of the condo, the double sized bed as opposed to a queen size, and the dog smell in the bedroom even though it was a pet free unit. The two burner stove without an oven and the limited number of cooking pans was a nuisance. The living room furniture was newer and nice, and other than the amazing view, the biggest blessing was a newly remodeled bathroom. This unit should not have been rated as a “gold” unit as compared to other units on the property. It is dark and very oddly decorated, and the plaster was peeling off the ceiling in the bedroom. The property itself is great, but the unit needs help. I would recommend the property but not this gold rated condo.

The owners of this unit have outfitted, designed, and decorated it in the most imaginative, contemporary, whimsical, funky way. The colours used and the materials are just wonderful. I was shocked to finally find a space I was happy in in Crescent Beach. The design, the colours, also the unit's being high up on the fourth floor - all contributed to my loving my stay at the beach.
