Direkte Oceanfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath Erdgeschoss - Summerhouse Einheit 107

  • Dies ist unsere Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern direkt am Meer. Sie betreten den ersten Stock und müssen sich keine Gedanken über das Treppensteigen machen. Das Gerät hat genug Platz für sechs Personen. Es ist mit einem neuen Kingsize-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Fernseher. Es gibt einen 52 "Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, Videorecorder, DVD und eine Stereoanlage. Der gesamte Boden ist gefliest, wodurch er für den Sommer kühl und leicht von Sand zu reinigen ist. Es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill, so dass unsere Gäste in ihrer eigenen Einheit grillen können. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier Tennisplätze, zwei Racquetballplätze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei Grillplätze und zwei Spielplätze für Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des Grundstücks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit üppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfügt über ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Great Except for the Roach Infestation

Reviewer Comments: I loved staying at Summerhouse and I particularly loved the location and unit 107 (beautifully appointed and quite comfortable--I plan on bringing my writing retreat back to Summerhouse next year). However--and I am a lifelong Floridan who grew up in St. Augustine)--the unit has a terrible roach problem. We killed roaches in every room, including closets, kitchen, living area, bathrooms, and both bedrooms, every day. And now I'm afraid I might have brought some "travelers" home with me. The unit, while beautiful, is in deep need of pest control.

Truly appreciated the "chilled pool" after a couple hours on the blazing hot beach. Would recommend a pest control service as there were a number of earwigs, cockroaches and spiders found everyday. Light in bottom of microwave that shines on stove needs replacing and the toilet seat in the master bath needs to be tightened. Would rent this condo again!!!

Turtle Themed Condo

We liked the end unit and the close proximity to the pool and beach access. The view of the beach and ocean is hindered by grassy mounds/dunes. Our biggest complaint is the furniture. Though in nice shape visibly, the living room furniture is broken down to the point there is no comfortable place to sit in the room. We didn’t need the pull-out bed, but I would imagine a good night’s rest would *not* take place because the suspension on the couch is shot. On the up side, the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Also, a nice feature is the two sinks in the master bath and the towel hooks and racks. These are features missing in most condo rentals of this nature. We were happy enough with the unit but we likely will try to rent a unit with a better view on our next trip.
