We stayed at the property two weekends in a row. After our first weekend stay, we mentioned things that needed to be addressed through email to the property management team and it was not addressed. The freezer door was completely frozen over with ice so the ice maker was inoperable as well as there being mold in that area that needed to be cleaned. Some of the tv remotes had dead batteries so there was no way to watch the TV and change the channel. Also, there were multiple lights throughout the condo especially in the dining area that had blown bulbs that needed to be replaced. We have stayed at multiple different condos at this location and have never had an issue until this time, especially with the property management group not fixing the issues and ignoring them.
