My family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) plus our dog stayed at this home for our quick trip to Saint Augustine. The home is new construction and is decorated beautifully. It's located on a one way street, close to historic downtown, so everything is super easy to get to!The house has two gravel parking spaces, plus a concrete slab driveway. There's a cute covered front porch with seating if you like to enjoy your morning coffee with fresh air. Inside, the living space has a couch and two swivel chairs, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs and 4 bar stools..plenty of space for everyone! The primary bedroom is a great size and has its own bathroom with stand up shower. The other two bedrooms are smaller, but still comfortable. My kids loved the bunk bed and there was even a trundle bed for larger families! Things to note: •If you are particular about your pillow, I suggest bringing your own because there aren't many extras if you like to double up.•Shampoo and Conditioner were available in the showers, which was so nice if you happen to forget yours at home. •There was not dish soap for hand washing, so everything has to go in the dishwasher. Overall, I am so happy I found this home. The host was super easy to work with and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this space for your visit to the area.
