The Tinner's House has a fabulous layout with two king bedrooms, one bedroom with a full bed and two twins, a queen pullout, full kitchen, spacious dining, cozy living space, two screened porches, and a courtyard in the back. Every detail has been thought of! Cook "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen, and rest well with crisp white linens and soft bath towels which are provided for you. A morning cup of coffee in the private courtyard will taste great just before heading out to explore. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch in the evenings after taking a walk in this beautiful neighborhood or along the waterfront. Enjoy the kayaks provided to explore the Matanzas River a block away.

The neighborhood was developed by female land developer Lucy Abbott starting in the late 1800s up until the 1930s, making the district one of St. Augustine's oldest hidden gems.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
