This oceanfront condo is conveniently located next to St. Johns County Ocean Pier with beach volleyball, bocce courts, and a splash park. Pier Point 36 is also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream, donut and coffee shops! Enjoy a day at the beach, then take a short stroll to the pier for a free concert, try out the weekly farmers market, or cast a fishing pole. Whether you want to surf, fish, enjoy family time, or take in the night life, this is the place to be! This condo is located on the non-driving section of the beach. The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, fresh paint, and comfortable furnishings, including new mattresses. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
