The host was very welcoming. Staylah was prompt in sending maintenance over to fix the garbage disposal and they were prompt in resetting our door code when we contacted them that the original door code was no longer working. The layout of the ADA unit was nice and it worked for our guest in his electric chair. Unfortunately, the unit was not very clean when we got there. We had to wipe down the bathroom shelves, kitchen shelves, kitchen cabinet spaces that we wanted to set food in and refrigerator shelves before we could set anything out. In one of the bedrooms there was food stuck on the dresser, which we had to clean up. The dust bunnies under the beds were disgusting. We notified our host about the cleanliness of the unit and took them up on their offer to send over housekeeping. Well, we re-arranged our plans when we were told housekeeping was coming and they never showed up - that happened twice (we set out a few crumbs on the countertops/furniture so we would know if they showed up and the crumbs were still there). We gave up on the housekeeping issue and just dealt with it ourselves. We just wish the unit was cleaner. The dishwasher was questionable - the cups in the top rack were not very clean. The clothes dryer was annoying - it took numerous attempts to get the dryer to turn on and then the clothes were not always dry. We did not bother to call the host about the dish washer or the clothes dryer since we did not want to be inconvenienced again.
