Sleeping Arrangements
Set across three thoughtfully arranged levels, this home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths. The layout balances shared gathering areas with private spaces for rest, giving everyone room to unwind. A private entrance with self check-in and keypad ensures a smooth arrival, and the elevator provides convenient access to every floor.

Comfort & Convenience
Inside, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable year-round. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or work remotely. An HDTV offers relaxed evenings in, and a washer and dryer, along with bathroom essentials, add comfort for longer stays. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, creating a welcoming space to prepare and enjoy meals together. Whether you’re cooking at the stove, using the oven, or gathering around the dining table, the open layout keeps everyone connected. Barbecue utensils are available for outdoor grilling, making it easy to extend mealtime onto the patio or balcony.

Outdoor Living & Pool
Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, ideal for a quiet coffee in the morning or a breezy evening conversation. After time at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater - shared with the Salt Therapy South house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach access is directly across A1A, and beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your convenience.

Parking & Location
Free driveway & garage parking on premises - 3 spaces - offers ample room for multiple vehicles, with additional space suitable for a boat or jet ski. A nearby launch to the Intracoastal Waterway makes it easy to spend time on the water.

Located in the serene North Vilano Beach area, you’re just a short drive from local dining, grocery stores, and the historic district of St. Augustine. It’s an ideal setting for families, couples, or small groups seeking a coastal stay with convenient beach access. The property is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, making it a welcoming option for guests traveling with their canine companions.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
It only requires creating a free account if you’re bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete the process. Thanks for your cooperation!

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
