Welcome to your Davis Shores St. Augustine vacation retreat, where a massive sparkling private pool, spacious interiors, and one of the city’s most convenient locations come together for an unforgettable stay. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests, this home was made for family vacations, friend getaways, multi-generational trips, and even pre-approved micro-events - all just across the bridge from Historic Downtown St. Augustine.



The backyard is the showstopper. Spend sunny Florida days floating in the oversized private swimming pool, stretching out on the lounge chairs, or enjoying the low-maintenance astroturfed yard. The pool can even be heated for $60/day or $350/week, making cooler-season swims that much sweeter. Fire up the propane BBQ, spread out across the home's multiple patios, or head upstairs to take in views of the St. Augustine Lighthouse from the upper deck.



Inside, there’s just as much room to play, recharge, and settle in. A massive eat-in kitchen gives the whole group space to gather, while the separate mother-in-law suite offers additional privacy for couples, grandparents, or guests who appreciate having their own retreat. Add in a home gym (waiver required), dedicated workspace, EV charger, Nespresso machine, pool floats, and plenty of parking, and you have a home built for much more than simply sleeping between adventures.



THE PROXIMITY:

Location is everything here. Set in sought-after Davis Shores on Anastasia Island, you’re just across the Bridge of Lions from Historic Downtown St. Augustine and can walk or bike into the heart of the city for restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, live music, and the waterfront. During Nights of Lights from November through January, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience one of St. Augustine’s most iconic traditions without staying far from home.



Some of St. Augustine’s best attractions are right in your neighborhood. Walk or bike to the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Amphitheatre (The AMP), Saturday Farmers Market, and waterfront favorites like The Conch House. Bike rentals can also be arranged through Drifters, with convenient drop-off and pickup at the property, making it easy to explore without constantly getting in the car.



Keep pedaling toward St. Augustine Beach for the pier, Wednesday morning farmers market, and the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and attractions along A1A Beach Boulevard. THE SPACE:

At the center of the home is the large eat-in kitchen, built for slow breakfasts, big family dinners, and plenty of conversation around the table. Start the morning with coffee from the Nespresso machine before heading out to explore, or stay home and make pool day the entire itinerary. A washer and dryer make extended stays easy, and a Pack 'n Play is available for families traveling with little ones.



There’s also a dedicated workspace and private home gym for guests who want to squeeze in a little productivity or movement between adventures. Gym use requires a signed waiver. Outside, multiple patios give your group plenty of options for spreading out, while the propane BBQ, pool floats, lounge chairs, huge pool, and turf yard turn the backyard into your own private St. Augustine playground. An EV charger and generous on-site parking add extra convenience for larger groups.



Planning something special? The property is micro-event friendly with prior written approval and an additional event fee, making it an exciting option for intimate celebrations and small gatherings. Concierge services are also available to help add a little extra ease or celebration to your stay.



To help you get settled, the home includes approximately three days of starter supplies, including toilet paper, trash bags, pods, and other basics. Every event booking automatically includes 2 nights of accommodations for 10 people, plus access to our preferred vendors list and discounted table and chair rentals. All events must be approved, logistics discussed, and the event fee must be paid - please reach out to us with details prior to booking!



OPEN LIVING:

The home was designed so guests can relax and connect easily. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, creating one large gathering space for meals, conversations, games, movies, or casual downtime. We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is drive-able within minutes to sand, with drive-on beaches like A Street and Mary Street.



*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($2000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and private outdoor spaces, pool, home gym, off-street parking, and laundry. Home gym will require a signed waiver before access is given.



Private pool (with option to have pool heated for $60/day or $350/wk)

>When outdoor temperature drops below 60 degrees, we cannot guarantee the pool will be able to warm up to a swimmable temperature even with the heat on high.
