À propos de cet hébergement

4 Bed in St. Austell (oc-82414)

  • Positioned on over 100 acres of land at the end of a private lane, the property is surrounded by the owners’ garden with plenty of walks from your doorstep. This is a tranquil setting yet only 1.5 miles away there is a pub and shop. The harbour towns of Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey are within 15 miles and are lovely places to wander narrow streets, watching the fishing boats come in and try one of the harbour-side restaurants. Take a 12-mile trip to the cathedral city of Truro where you can enjoy an abundance of shops and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also 6 miles, while the Eden Project is 10 miles.

Step inside this period property into the hallway, where there’s space to hang up your coats. Cosy up in the lounge and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD player, in front of the flame effect electric stove after a day exploring. Head through to the country-style kitchen/diner, which really is a great social space for all the family. Play your favourite song on the piano or enjoy a special meal at the dining table with plenty of seating for everyone; have a morning coffee at the breakfast bar whilst planning a day out. The kitchen is equipped with an oil-fired Heritage Range cooker, whilst the utility room has an electric hob and double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC, and a separate WC. You’ll find all the bedrooms upstairs on the first floor. Comprising of a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request), a double and one single bedroom all with views across the communal gardens and fields beyond. With views to the rear is another single bedroom, while the traditional bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, separate shower and WC.

Outside is the enclosed lawned garden with mature shrubs and plants in the borders with plenty of space for the children and dog. Relax in the communal lawn area with a pond. There is an Iron Age hill fort within the owners’ land freely available for you to explore. The courtyard is to the rear. There is driveway parking for three cars and verified private water supply.
