« Four "old ladies" from Ohio coming to visit Frankenmuth. The distance from the house to Frankenmuth was very convenient. We also visited Birch Run and of course Tony's. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed! »

« It was very peaceful and quiet

we loved it! The host was very welcoming with a note for us on the board in the dinning room. We stayed over Oktoberfest weekend and it was just a block away from Main Street which was perfect, cause we could walk to every where and not deal with traffic. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to the host for making us feel like we were at a home away from home! »

« Crabtree Place was a great weekend getaway. We loved the 60s feel. It has a great vibe. All beds were comfortable and the house clean. We had everything we needed to make meals and found goodies like a popcorn maker to use on the stove. The hosts were responsive and clear with communication. We enjoyed downtown Midland and Dow Gardens on our visit. We did play some games provided by the host. We will happily return the next time we need to be in this area. »

« We had an excellent stay. This is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house is adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were very comfy. There are two great areas to spend time relaxing outside. The neighborhood is quiet, and just a little ways out of town. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We were so impressed with The Montford. The house was so well taken care of, and had everything we needed. No detail was overlooked! We had two families plus my mother, and it was the perfect amount of space. Location-wise, we were less than a min walk from Main Street, where we spent a majority of our time. Chris, the host, checked in on us and was extremely responsive when I asked a question. Could recommend this property enough! »
