Mittelklasse Hotel
Das Ramada ist ein durchschnittliche Mittelklasse Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber , die Klimaanlage sehr laut und das Frühstück war in Ordnung, eben ein amerikanisches Frühstück. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt, die Liegen waren in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war sauber.

Frontdesk Ladys and Service Stuff very nice*helpful
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten einige Probleme mit den Zimmern in den 3 Tagen, die problemlos zusammen gelöst wurden. Betten sauber und bequem, Bad hat ausreichend Platz. Poolarea sauber und hat Schattenplätze. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, vieles schnell zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, da das Preisleistung Verhältnis akzeptabel ist.

My room's weren't ready upon arrival, had to wait 30-40 minutes to get my room at the front desk person had to physically walk to each room to see if they were ready. It seems like this hotel is stuck in the 19th century. Another thing on that note is that during my stay (year 2024) I wasn't able to Facetime my family on the WIFI as the internet speed in this place is a 1 out of 10.

The pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The floor sloped a little bit from the bathroom to bedroom, kinda concerning since we were on the 2nd floor. The Air conditioning worked better than most. We did enjoy our stay here and would stay again.

I always thought Ramada was more of an upscale place to stay, but having spent the last three nights there I would rate it a half star over the Cedar City, UT Motel 6 - the worst of the worst. The furniture was so worn that tufts of thread nearly an inch long were sticking out of the arms. A two minute trim with scissors would have helped. A gummy candy fish was conveniently left for us on the floor (we had to share it). Spots on the curtains, holes in the walls, dirty and worn carpeting, and the bed was so hard that it hurt our backs. The pillows gave us both stiff necks. In general the maintenance, if ever actually done, was amateur at best. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. I will concede that the staff was friendly enough and the lobby was clean and very nicely appointed. Too bad we weren’t staying in the lobby. Over all; very disappointed.

We stayed four nights. The staff was helpful in that we had our e bikes with us so we were in a first floor room close to the outside door so it was easy to bring them in and out. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. It worked very well for us. I am kind of disappointed that the breakfast only goes until 9:30. We got there a little bit before the end, but there was very little food left. Other than that, everything was good.

Pretty good place. Lots of dining choices around the hotel. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are horrible, I recommend bringing your own. They are not full size pillows

Hotel was aged and upkeep was not great. Lighting in room was dull and mattress was really hard. Carpeting is well used. It is due for update in the facilities. It was nice to have breakfast included but quality was not superior. Location to resturants was great and good freeway access were part of reason for booking as well as pricing was average.
