« Such a beautiful and comfortable property! We loved going out on the dock each morning to fish and enjoy our coffee! We sat out on the porch to read and relax - it is back off road and so private! Size is just perfect for two people. This was not our first stay at Happiness Bay and I’m positive it won’t be our last! »

« Property was very clean and neat , Owner/ Hist was great when needed . Only suggestions would be a Bigger couch in main room and a different A/C Unit. The bedroom A/C was amazing, the other was very slow to cool , and The Bigger couch for additional sleeping besides the bed . Other than that it is a nice place to, convenient to area, would definitely stay again! »

« 1. The website was deceiving. We thought we were renting a house not a room. 2. The stove was dirty, food around the eyes. 3. There were nats flying everywhere. 4. Dirty wash cloth on back of bathroom door. 5. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean before I could stay. 6. I found trash and garbage under the couch. ( I dropped something and had to move the couch to retrieve it) I could not get in touch with host to let them know. That is the bad thing about going through a property manager....
