Hotel ist insgesamt schön, gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war, insgesamt eher etwas unhöflich. Begrüßung bei Begegnungen auf der Anlage nur vereinzelt und speziell morgens wurde ein Gesicht gezogen, welches nicht unbedingt Freude an der Arbeit vermitteln lies. Wenn das Personal den selben Kaffee trinken musste, wie die Gäste, wäre das vielleicht eine Erklärung. Trotz allem: klare Empfehlungen

Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gereinigt Teekanne 3 Tage nicht gewechselt Gläser wurden nur ausgespült und wieder hingestellt, Fussboden wurde nicht gesaugt usw. Es war einfach schlecht

Nettes Hotel - kann man gerne weiter empfehlen
Wir verbrachten einen Teil unseres Urlaubs in diesem Hotel und es hat alles perfekt gepasst! Es ist zwar etwas weiter vom Zentrum als gedacht aber sonst war alles in Ordnung!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu Stadtmitte, Fußgängerzone, Busbahnhof und Strand. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Perfect Hotel for a wonderful holiday
This Hotel is the perfect place for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. In only 10 minutes walk you reach the beach, the City Center with the pedestrian area and the Shops and also the central bus Station. So the Hotel is very Close to everything. The Hotel itself is has tasteful large rooms, very quiet and you feel instantly at home. Nice pool area. Big breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires.

Hübsches Hotel
Ein sehr hübsches, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und unser Zimmer war immer sauber. Das Frühstück ist ok. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht immer ausreichend.

The staff were all very polite and the food was excellent. Breakfast super every day and had a dinner one evening, which again was excellent. We also spoke to several local people whilst out and about and they too spoke highly of the hotel. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of Esplanade and town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Outdoor pool and sun terrace was a fantastic addition as we were lucky with the weather, the terrace was a real sun trap. Our room was on the top floor, at the front of the hotel, it was very warm with no air con which made it hard to sleep at night, not sure what it would be like in the hight of summer. The decor was in need of a refresh. Roberta's Restaurant is fabulous, the menu is extensive with something for every taste. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Would definitely recommend, even if you’re not staying at this hotel.

Positives - The staff were friendly and worked hard. The breakfasts were good. Clean bedding and a well stocked tea and coffee tray. Negatives - the room was outdated, but clean. The safe didn't work and although someone was there straightaway to fix it, it couldn't be fixed. The main light didn't work, but got fixed the same day. The key cards for the door failed on two occasions and they were not kept by a mobile phone. This was inconvenient as you had to go to reception to get them re-set. Reception staff need to have more local knowledge of the area as they could not tell us where the nearest petrol station was.

Great communal areas but we were put in room 30 just above the foyer. You could hear any conversations happening when other guests were standing in the foyer so we didn’t get a great night’s sleep.

We had a 4 - night stay. The room was tidy, but it and the en-suite required updating. No shower mat supplied. No air-con in thd room, so probably not comfortable in a hot summer. The breakfast was good; plenty of choice. Bottles of water were supplied, but only on the 1st night, although iced tap water available from the bar. Not a 4-star hotel, more like 3-star. Would visit again, but only for a short break.

Great hotel on the outskirts of the town centre. Staff are wonderful and atmosphere in the hotel good. You are about a 10 minute walk from the town precinct and bus station. Highly recommended.

Good location, comfy bed, good food in the bar and restaurant - although not a lot of vegetarian options. The bar staff were brilliantly accommodating and served us even after that had closed up for the night. Shame that the pool wasn’t open when we were there in February. Doesn’t mention that it’s only open from April to September on the Expedia app - at least I didn’t see it and the pool pictures are very prominent so was bit misleading.

Was 5 stars from the moment we entered could not fault a thing. Breakfast was delicious. The room was tasteful and homely with a huge immaculate and airy bathroom. Staff above and beyond very helpful. Restaurant menu plenty of choice and served perfectly felt like we were VIPs Could not recommend this hotel enough great value

The Savoy is a lovely clean and welcoming hotel. Staff were all fantastically helpful and the food was very good. It location is about a 5 minute walk into St Helier and is all flat. I would highly recommend and will be visiting again in the summer.

We stayed for New Years Eve and while we enjoyed our stay were disappointed with the lack of toiletries, do not disturb sign for our room and, ingredients during breakfast service however felt the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating which improved our experience as the look and cleanliness of the room and communal areas was poor. It wouldn’t put us off staying again as we enjoy staycations and supporting local hospitality but there was a lot of basics missing from our room and the breakfast buffet was below par in comparison to recent previous stays here.

The building was noisy, drunk people drinking at the entrance, rowdy shouting from the bar could be heard throughout the building, loud music and shouting until the bar closed. No bath, decor was tatty, windows covered in pigeons and their mess. The staff were very rude and clearly knew the issues. If you want a nice welcoming, modern, comfortable hotel this is NOT the one! After speaking with locals I found out that this hotel is due to be closed and converted in to residential dwellings, this may have contributed to the lack of care or concerns for guests.
