Lady Mary Angeline ist ein wunderschönes historisches Haus aus dem 20. Jahrhundert, das sorgfältig restauriert wurde, um seine viktorianische Struktur und Schönheit zu bewahren! Lady Mary Angeline liegt in den oberen Straßen von St. Ignace und bietet Blick auf die Innenstadt und die East Moran Bay. Sie haben Zugang zum Erdgeschoss und zu den oberen Etagen. Auf der unteren Ebene befinden sich ein geräumiges, zweiteiliges Wohnzimmer, ein gut gestalteter Essbereich mit Aussicht, eine Küche mit einer Insel und ein schönes Wohnzimmer. Die obere Ebene besteht aus 4 einzigartig gestalteten Schlafzimmern und einem Vollbad am Ende des Flurs. Jedes Zimmer hat mindestens ein großes Bett und einen Fernseher für Unterhaltung. I gave this rental a 4 star rating because I wasn’t expecting it to have no air conditioning. For me to find it on the listing, I had to go to amenities, click “see more” and then scroll down to see that it only says “heating” under comfort. I’m not from Michigan, so I had no idea that was common. I’m from Huntsville, Alabama and it’s never a question whether a home is going to have central heating and air. I understand that it stays cold up there most of the year, but the house stayed 74-80 degrees the entire time. Before we went to sleep every night, the thermostat downstairs said it was 76-77 degrees, and it was obviously hotter upstairs. Trying to sleep at that temperature was very uncomfortable. We kept the windows open and three fans were provided for the 3 out of 4 bedrooms. I requested a 4th one since we were using all bedrooms during our trip. They gladly brought one to us, and I appreciate the kindness and prompt service from them. When I arrived, almost all the windows were unlocked which goes against the checking out instructions. I don’t like arriving to a rental late at night with windows/doors unlocked.The property is well stocked and fairly clean. I saw a few dried bubble spots on the tub wall where it looked like it wasn’t cleaned from previous tenants. Other than that, I don’t have complaints about the cleanliness. It’s a very cute rental with a wonderful view and it’s within walking distance to downtown. However, I won't be back in the summer.

The property was amazing! Tastefully decorated and fully stocked. The access to the ferry to Mackinac Island was just down the street! Our mother, daughter’s trip was so much fun. Fantastic Place

Everything at the house was wonderful- except for the size of the beds! As there were five adults in our group, a full size bed was not the most comfortable fit! Besides that, we were all happy with the house and its location- walking distance to downtown St Ignace and hours drive to many other wonderful locations. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

Living in a Victorian home myself is what attracted me to this home. It was beautiful inside and out. If you’re looking for a home away from home, this one is it. Quiet neighborhood and the area has so many sights nearby, a week isn’t enough to enjoy everything. St Ignace is a quaint place, and a great spot to relax.

Front row fireworks show

Found the house pretty easily with gps. (Be careful, it's on a one way street) House was clean and in great condition - as described in listing. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space. Amenities were as described and greaty appreciated for our 4 night stay. Perfectly positioned for the summer saturday night fireworks show visible from the front porch. The one suggestion I would make is for larger beds to be in a couple of the bedrooms. The mattress in the "yellow" bedroom may be close to needing replaced anyway - seems 'broken down'. Check in/out was easy - however we did receive a somewhat threatening sounding email regarding the limited hrs available for checking in .. but even though we arrived after their preferred time, we got in without a problem. Overall had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Truly outstanding property.

This was our first stay with Our Lady, Mary Angeline, of St. Ignace, and hopefully, with God's grace, it will not be our last. Impeccable to a T, this property is like stepping back in time to a perfectly preserved victorian home. The natural woodwork, the furnishings and the cleanliness were all outstanding. And all with a beautiful view of the bay. The only thing I would strongly suggest is that all the beds are full size, which are way too small for a property of this caliber. Queen sized beds should be the minimum here, if not King. The rooms are all more than big enough to handle the increase in size. Also the room to the right side appears to have a broken box springs - the bed slants heavily.

Great Get Away

This 4 bedroom house is spacious, comfy and cozy! It has all you need for a home away from home stay. There were 8 of us and we all had a fantastic time. This was our first trip to Michigan and we will return. This location, in Saint Ignace, was close to many, many things to do, places to eat and places to shop. Nice short walk down the hill and into town. This place was Perfect for our family to enjoy quality time together and to also rest and relax!

A Dream Property!!!!

This property is everything they have described and so much more. The place is immaculate surrounded by a lot of nature and a spectacular view of the lake.. We loved it so much that we cancelled our trip to Mackinaw Island and just stayed in to fully enjoy this beautiful home. Cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful Property

The house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful views, excellent location - rode our bikes into town and to the ferry to Mackinac Island. The home is large with old Victorian charm combined with modern updates. Definitely recommend!
