Dwight our host was great with communication and making sure we found our place without any issues. The house completely blew us away! The views, the porches, the pool, it was all amazing! We will definitely only be staying at House By The Sea next time we visit USVI!

Beautiful property. The drive is extremely challenging. You absolutely need a four wheel drive vehicle. The view is amazing. Dwight guided me through check-in process and drove to the property to solve a problem with my bed.. I highly recommend this property.

Great property, easy access to Coral Bay, beautiful views. The only negative was the bed was uncomfortable, and there are a lot of stairs. I would return to this property.

Great Island Getaway

We loved our stay at this home in Coral Bay. It is located on the quieter side of the island and in short drives to the main beaches and sights. The home is extremely clean, well appointed, and A/C works great. Communication with the property manager, Dwight, was fantastic and he checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The pool is a little larger than I expected from the pictures which was a nice bonus. Views are phenomenal and we enjoyed just hanging out on the decks. The only slightly annoying aspect of the property is that you have to go outside to get between levels, but really it's not a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views!

The stone pathway steps up to the main level to the pool and view of the Coral Bay were beautiful. Great getaway for us and just a short trip down the mountain to laid back restaurants for good food and fun drinks!

Christmas in St. John

Though the island was as crowded as I’ve ever seen it, House by the Sea was everything we needed to enjoy and get away. It was so very peaceful. And when we wanted to join the crowd, it was minutes from our favorite beaches and restaurants! Great location! Thanks for a WONDERFUL time!!!

We loved out stay here. Great communication with property manager. The view, pools and outdoor shower are amazing. Plenty of space. Clean and very well maintained. Appreciated use of beach chairs and umbrella. . Very romantic, would stay again.

Saved our Honeymoon

We stayed here for the entirety of our Honeymoon in St. John, and I came down with a cold before we left. I was over the nastiest bit, but I was left tired and coughing for another 2 weeks. We had planned on going out exploring almost every day, but my body just couldn't handle it. That said, by the time we left I genuinely still felt that we had a perfect Honeymoon. The place was stunning. With the private pool, the cozy rooms, the AC (which really helped me physically), and the incredible view (truly the pictures can't do it justice), we still had the perfect, relaxing time we had been hoping for. I really can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a chill time on the island!

Great stay with amazing views!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Huis Aan Zee! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. The owner provided us with excellent insights about the area, and Dwight, the house manager, was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself is exactly as depicted in the photos, but the breathtaking views exceeded our expectations—we simply couldn’t get enough! The drive up the hill is steep, so a 4x4 is definitely recommended, but after a couple of trips, we found it to be no trouble at all. And honestly, the views make it more than worth it! Even though some of the local restaurants were closed for the season in August, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and dining with those amazing views. The house is impeccably maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Can't say enough about this wonderful home and the host/property manager. Communication was great. House was perfect for the two of us. Pool was awesome at the end of a long day. Amazing house for your next vacation.

House was very clean and it had everything you would need. The manager was great I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation. The only one thing is the driveway is extremely steep. Not an easy climb or drive.

We had an incredible stay at Huis Ann Zee! The property is exactly as described and the images of the views don’t do it justice. Dwight was incredibly responsive and the house had everything we could have needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back ourselves again soon!

Just as expected—perfect!

We’ve visited St John many times and this visit was just as enjoyable as all of the others. Nothing like waking up to a sunrise over Coral Bay. House was appointed exactly as the listing. Perfect for the two of us to enjoy relaxing by the pool or the short drive to North Shore beaches. Property manager was attentive and personable. Highly recommend!

Amazing property - great location & amenities

Villa is exactly as pictured, amazing view, well appointed for 2 guests. Everything you could need for your trip was provided, and the white glove service with the property manager Dwight was a game-changer as we arrived near dark and the first drive to the villa would have been challenging without someone to follow and navigate. The host included a lovely welcome gift, which was definitely appreciated. Truly a 5 star stay!
