Unfortunately we had a lot of problems during our stay. The views and location are great. But the house was not ready for check in until almost 6pm. Since we had travelled all day with children we were allowed to sit on the outside deck while the cleaner “finished” cleaning at 6pm. Since we couldn’t use the inside of the house we ended up having to order pizza rather than cook dinner. When the cleaner left we still had to clean two bathrooms which were filthy and hadn’t been touched. We contacted the rental company and no refund for cleaning was given. Then during our stay we ended up stranded twice—once all the way in Coral Bay because our Jeep broke down and the emergency contact instructed us to leave the Jeep and find a way home because he wasn’t able to get out there for hours. This resulted in us paying to put people from our party in a taxi and squeezing the other 7 of us in one Jeep wrangler. In addition, the villa roof leaks and we had wet furniture several times during our stay. We will absolutely return to St John because it is amazing. Sadly, we won’t use this company to rent from again because as a property owner who does vacation rentals I completely understand things happen. However, nothing was done to make those things right in the end.

Our stay was wonderful. There were 4 couples in our group. The villa was spacious and well-equipped. The management company was very responsive. The island was without power for over 25 hours and there was no generator at the house. They did have coolers, but a generator would've been convenient. Great views from the 2 main floor bedrooms and porch. The mattress pads on the beds need to be replaced.

Our group of 12 stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time and loved this property so much! It is a very unique and beautiful place to stay. The house is definitely setup for a large group as each bedroom is essentially separate from the others. The two bedrooms in the lower area share a really unique bathroom and a kitchenette. This was perfect for the younger people in our group who wanted to stay up later and not keep everyone else awake.The house was very clean and we appreciated the soft beds and pillows. We all slept very well! The power did go out once during our stay (due to a car accident locally) and we didn't have water in the morning. The staff was very responsive and sent someone out very quickly and reset the water pump. The pool was so much fun and we made sure to make the most of it during our stay even though we had a couple of rainy days. Overall we had a wonderful time and are so happy we chose this property for our trip! We highly recommend it!

This is a lovely house with lots of room for everyone. There were 7 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed it here. Excellent view, satisfactory kitchen. It was well equipped. The pool is lovely and we all enjoyed it. The greeter was patient while we waited to get our rental car and gave us a walk through when we arrived. I highly recommend this place for a large family.

Beautiful views ! Love the close location to the amenities. This was a beautiful unique home in its prime . Great for our larger group. The kids loved the cat . A little bit differed house maintenance is the only reason this isn’t a five star . Like much of the island homes this isn’t as well maintained as some on the island ie St. John Great House . But this is still beautiful .

The house has been great in the past. The house was good this time with the exception of having numerous roaches crawling around the house and one being in my snorkel right before I got into the water. All snorkel gear was hung up and never on the ground. Also had no information that the power company was doing rolling black outs for hours at a time a couple days a week, leaving use to run out and get ice for the food to be put into coolers so it doesnt go bad because we didnt know how long power was going to be out.

Dream vacation

We were blown away by the view from the house the minute we walked in! The rental company was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The house was clean and we loved the different spaces for our group. We had 3 families and everyone was able to have their own space. Pool was great! Close to beaches and downtown. Some of our group had seen the listing with a hot tub which was no longer there. Otherwise, everything was as we expected.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a fantastic stay on St. John with three families - the house was perfect for kids and adults alike. The view from the infinity pool will blow your mind. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a family group of 15 and the home suited us perfectly - good space for the 4 oldest grandchildren and separate space for the other families. The pool and outdoor areas were great as well. Communication with Sean and the rest of the team was excellent as they were very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were pretty well stocked. The location is good although the roads to the home could be challenging without a good vehicle. The upper level is great and the lower level was perfectly functional but could use a refresh, as it is showing some wear. The only minor complaints we have are that the pictures on the website show a hot tub but there was none and the listed amenities indicate that the home has cable/satellite TV, which it does not. Neither were significant, especially the TV as we were able to stream shows when needed and for the most part we spent most of our time outdoors. Overall, a great place and we would recommend it.

Perfect View, Almost Perfect House

I you stay on the top level, this house is really amazing because of the infinity pool overlooking great cruz bay! The lower level really needs some TLC, especially the bathroom holes in drywall, moldy grout, and lack of working lights in the shower.

Great location! Lots of space inside and outside. Beach chairs, floats, coolers provided to use. Comfy beds, plenty of kitchen supplies. Easy checkin and checkout process. Would book again!

Amazing villa w/ fantastic views!!!

My family and I rented Sapphire Breeze for a week. The villa itself is beautiful and full of eclectic island touches. We absolutely loved the infinity pool with the waterfall overlooking the Westin and Chocolate Hole. Made it so easy for quick dunks after the beach or those times when we wanted the ability to swim but didn't want to have to do the whole pack-out to the beach. The villa is located less than 5 mins from downtown Cruz Bay and three grocery stores, which was very convenient. A/C's in all rooms worked amazingly and the kitchen included everything we needed. The landscaping was beautiful. can't wait to book a return trip to Sapphire Breeze!

Great Location

House is very charming and has breathtaking views. Plenty of space for family and friends. We did run into a few issues while staying but Sean was very responsive and quick to fix things to make our stay better. The pool and hot tub was the family’s favorite spot.

Amazing place, but...

The house was amazing. Plenty big for our extended family, amazing views of Great Cruz Bay from the patio and infinity pool, convenient location. The only negative was the door lock situation. All the exterior doors can only be secured by locking an old deadbolt lock, and many of these either didn't work, or were difficult to lock. Since, two of the sleeping areas have separate outside entrances, simply moving between sleeping areas and main living space required frequent opening/closing these locks with a key and was very inconvenient. If not for this major inconvenience, it would have been 5 stars!

Beautiful!

Our group had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The house is very well stocked, clean, and stunning. Both Sean and the rental company on island were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

If your going to st. John you got to stay here!

The stay was Amazing!! Came out here for a birthday trip and wouldn’t have done it different. The property has everything you could ask for! The property is lovely, the view was breathtaking, super spacious, amenities were awesome lovely hot tub and pool, host/team were super friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
