„The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect; the patio faced the beautiful Orient Bay Beach and we could watch the kite and wind surfers while enjoying a meal or drink. Restaurants and grocery were very nearby. Sarah was very patient with us, as we had difficulty finding the property without knowledge of the island and GPS, but we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in St. Martin. Highly recommend!“

Jean-Paul nous avait acheté des fruits, des gâteaux, de l'eau, du jus, et de la bière. Cela nous a permis d'avoir de quoi se nourrir jusqu'au lendemain à l'ouverture des supermarché. Il nous a indiqué quel chemin prendre pour se rendre chez lui.“

„Booked this place after a bad experience at another VRBO the night before. The host was very responsive and friendly. The rental was clean and well laid out. AC and internet worked well. Good location close to Pinel Island, Hope Estates, Grand Case, and Orient Beach. Safe area and nice pool on site. Definitely recommend and would rent again.“

„We had the pleasure to stay in Guillaume's lovely apartment for 17 nights. Communication with the owner was flawless - just like the studio itself. With so much reconstruction going on in Grand Case this apartment offers a nice and cozy haven, including a breathtaking view of the ocean and wonderful sounds of the waves. We'd definitely book the studio again if we returned to St. Martin! “

„Visited with my 2 daughters, 11 and 16 years old. Wonderful beachfront location, near multiple beach day accommodations, neighbors to Coco Beach where we had a great open-air lunch (note: Coco Beach had a raging dance party one evening, which was loud, but it is one night per week only and ended at 10pm sharp). Nice, shared pool to change pace from the beach. House was generously sized, well decorated and appointed. Hope to return.“

„The host Sabrina was great she checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed the unit had everything we needed with a nice pool area and a beach was a great balcony for sitting and enjoying the garden property was close to downtown Marigot convenient for shopping, groceries, restaurants, and bus depot you could go anywhere you wanted on the bus for 2 to 4 dollars we had a wonderful time would definitely recommend this property. The front balcony could get a little noisy with traffic ...
