„Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Meckern auf Hohem Niveau: das Intercontinentale Frühstück für 10 Pfund war Toast mit Marmelade und das WLan hat nicht ganz so gut funktioniert. Die Treppenhäuser waren recht eng aber sehr gut beleuchtet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber!“

„Good location of the hotel with three underground stations around. You can reach lots of sights and museum by foot. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast good. Very friendly and helpful staff.“

„This apartment was very well appointed - and Simon and his staff were quite responsive. The elevator was out when we were there.. so we had to climb 8 flights of stairs. (BUT Simon took our luggage up - which was really above and beyond..) . We loved our stay! The location could not be beat.. AND it had a balcony!! (And wonderful light! Which is hard to come by in London.). I totally recommend.“
