„Honestly, I felt awful for the person who checked me in. She had to deal with double Karen's (in the same group) who were pissed about something that didn't matter. For real, throwing a fit about something stupid. The person who checked us in didnt lose her cool and came up with reasonable alternatives. So, hat's off to her. Really clean and quiet place.“

„We arrived early and were hoping to get a room, but there wasn’t one available so the staff noted we would check in late and we left our luggage and headed out for the day. When we came back around midnight we were told there wasn’t a room for us because the last 3 rooms they had were flooded. We asked the staff to call the manager who didn’t answer the phone even as they tried over and over again. They talked about putting us in another hotel (no decent ones are nearby so it would have been a ...
