Great communication with host. The location is wonderful just across the street from the beach. The place was very nice and accomadating. The place was very clean. The only drawback was the stairs, however the host had warned us there would be stairs.

So much to do, not enough time

Beach days, pool time, water sports...all you need is more time to enjoy it all! Unit was clean, well appointed, kitchen extremely well stocked and many updates completed with more to come. Minor storm damage visible but did not affect stay. A few important notes: unit does not have its own set of exterior steps BUT is an end unit right next to steps (WIN). There are 2 each bikes, kayaks and SUP boards, 4 chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and more. Pool gets crowded and chairs are limited. Leslie was a wonderful hostess!

Great place and wonderful location

Had a wonderful time! Enjoyed being able to walk to the dock on the inter coastal and the heated pool. Also an easy walk to the beach - especially with the beach wagon, towels and chairs provided! Great condo - thanks Leslie!!

All the comforts of home

This rental has all of the comforts of home. Everything is as advertised in the description and pictures. Location provides easy access to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again the next time in the area.

The owner had furnished it with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was also very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc.. overall it was a very nice stay.

Wonderful vacation property

We truly loved the unit and the area! Leslie was so easy to deal with. Her place was fully stocked, anything you could possibly need was there. We would definitely love to stay here again!! Such a wonderful trip we had.

Really Enjoyed this Rental

My wife and I stayed in this property for over 3 weeks in February as a winter getaway. I worked full time remotely. Our adult children visited us a couple of times during our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we enjoyed have USB plug on each nightstand. The en suite bath was sort of part of the bedroom with a door between the shower/toilet area and some of the furnishing looked updated. No complaints from our children about the guest bedroom beds. The living space was decent, although the comfort of the sofa and loveseat was just ok (little hard) and sitting on it for more than an hour wasn't comfortable. The TVs are TCL Roku smart TVs. The wi-fi was ok, typically I would get about 20 mbps on the main level but rarely had trouble with Zoom calls. We would have liked this place better if it had had an outdoor screened in deck. It has a former deck space which they removed the doors and made part of the living space. The kitchen was well appointed with most everything we needed to make meals. The kitchen and especially the counter space was small so prepping food or cooking with multiple people was challenging at times. We grilled out a couple of times at the community charcoal grill. There was a bag of charcoal in the garage. The garage was well-stocked with things to make the beach fun. We used the four beach chairs almost every day! They also have a nice wagon to carry your stuff and a couple of coolers. We didn't make use of the paddle boards or kayaks but nice to have. Gulf Blvd was about 75 yards away and the beach another 100 yards so the beach was close. While we were there we discovered the kitchen sink was leaking so we let the owner know and they arranged for a plumber to visit. Overall it was a very nice stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Great condo! Great location! Florida was wonderful!!

This property was just perfect for our family. We arrived early, contacted the owners, and instantly received a response via text that the condo was ready for us to check in early. Yay! The condo was super clean, great location, and all the beach stuff in the garage was wonderful to have access to (wagon, coolers, beach chairs & umbrellas, snorkeling masks, bikes, kayaks, etc). The condo was well furnished/stocked with anything you could imagine to need on vacation. We stayed for one week and could have stayed longer. Prior to our trip Leslie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She promptly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to go back to Indian Shores and stay at this condo again!

Awesome Rental!

We had an amazing time, and this place is exactly as described! We loved the kayaks and paddle boards, as we saw manatees, dolphins, and sting rays! The rental is clean and has everything you need for a great time at the beach or waterway. We hope to come back!

This the first time we stayed in a condo. Was really nice having a large living quarters all to ourselves. This property is located in a very nice area. No large crowds of people and the road wasn't too busy either. Beach was just a short five minute walk a little down the road. Bicycle and walking lanes on both sides of the road. Thinking of returning next year.

A+ Property!

My husband and I rented this townhouse for 10 weeks and it was perfect! Short walk across the street to the most amazing beaches we've seen ~ super soft sand and not crowded at all. The beach equipment provided is more than we've ever had at any rental which included towels, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even some toys for kids. For the days we didn't want to go to the beach, there are kayaks, paddleboards or you can relax in the HEATED pool and watch the boats go by (and dolphins!). Just unbelievable! The condo is as pictured. Very comfortable for the 2 of us and when we had other guests come for a short time it was still big enough for everyone. The bedrooms are large and the main floor had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like you were on top of everyone! There are some games and books provided too for those rare, rainy days. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the tools, pans and other items we needed during those 10 weeks. There are restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops and more within walking distance which made going out in the evening very enjoyable. No worries about driving or finding a parking spot! Leslie was wonderful to work with from the time we booked until our checkout. Because we were going to be there for 10 weeks we had plenty of questions and she answered them all promptly. I highly recommend this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did during our stay!!

Missing it already!!

We stayed in Indian Shores from June 18-25. Our stay was exceptional. There was plenty of space in the condo for my family of 5. The condo had everything we needed. It was located close to the beach and only required a short walk. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and not too busy which was really nice. Communication with the owner was great and they were quick to respond to any messages that I sent. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking at staying in this area.
