Home looks like pictures. Nice and clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with items and dishes. Had beach towels and chairs and cooler for outings. The pool at home was heated and they had a fire pit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Hosts available to answer our questions. BIG “10”

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Melissa and her husband were exceptional hosts—great communication and very flexible. As a single parent traveling solo with two small kids, I felt completely at ease. Their home had everything we needed (aside from the actual food lol). My kids especially loved the pool!The space was very clean and roomy. I didn’t notice any connecting apartment—everything felt private, and we had the entire area to ourselves. The location is perfect, close to local beaches with plenty of stores nearby. When I say you have everything you need, I mean it! Just stop by the store for the food items you want to cook—there are even seasonings provided.I would definitely stay again. We can’t wait for our next vacation!

Beautiful property!

The minute I stepped inside I was in love with the property. It was well decorated, clean, and just so perfect for a weekend stay for us! The owners were quick to respond and were extremely helpful and detailed with expectations! I would absolutely stay again.

Beach family vacay

Booking the property and check in was perfect and went smoothly. The property is close to Clearwater beaches (10 mins) and we also went to Madeira Beach and St Pete’s beaches- all were within 30 minute drive. The house is really nice and very clean- it has everything you need for the beach and the pool was very nice. We ate almost every meal at the house and the kitchen was well equipped because I cooked and grilled some very good meals. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and easily. The beds were very comfortable- even my sister that ALWAYS complains about not sleeping well in any bed other than her own said the beds were comfortable. I also liked that there are 2 living rooms, so if people wanted to watch TV, those that weren’t interested could go to the other living room and read or play games. We had an amazing time and will be returning! This is the 2nd time I stayed at Melissa’s home- the first was with a group of girlfriends and this time with family. Of note, there are the Pinellas bike trails that run at the back of the neighborhood that this home is in. My girlfriends and I biked to the beaches from the home and had an amazing time- my family is not as physically active so we just drove. But if you are physically active, that is a good fun option for you to get to Clearwater beach.

Nice house with good space for a small group. Great location near lots of restaurants, several beaches and close to the airport. Updated with lots of amenities. Only thing to be aware of is that the propane for the grill is not included unless someone before you refilled it. We planned several “grill out” nights and had to change what we were planning after we had already bought the food. Melissa was very sweet and responsive and explained that although she tried to update the description, it wasn’t showing. Not a big problem, just something to be aware of.

Spring Break Fun

We had a wonderful time in this VRBO. It was exactly as posted… clean and updated. We don’t typically eat out on vacations and we didn’t have to run to the store for anything extra because the house had everything we needed, from pots and pans to spices. That was so nice! The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the pool and had it fixed the night we arrived. We would use the property again!

Great house

Great house and location. Home is beautiful and by far the best furnished VRBO we've stayed in. House is exactly as advertised. VERY clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Pool was decent sized, our 16 and 14 year old enjoyed it. Outdoor area is very nice. Easy drive from Tampa and into Clearwater. Nice neighborhood to take walks in. Other reviews mentioned the attached "apartment". This was no concern, no shared space and we didn't notice them there other than saying hello in the driveway. Would highly recommend for families, couples, etc.

Relaxation!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property! We were with our adult children and found it to be a great spot to just relax and spend time together (loved the pool)! Our daughters also appreciated the office for some of their remote work. Clearwater was a very easy drive when we were looking for a little more action. Victor was wonderful with his communication and answering questions. Nice kitchen for meals in, which was our mode.

Absolutely Perfect

This property was easily the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The hosts were incredibly detailed in their instructions, they made the process so easy, and the house was spotless and BEAUTIFUL. Melissa, my point of contact, was wonderful. Whoever designed this place, I need to have them over to our home to decorate! Thanks so much for a great family weekend!

Great Thanksgiving week vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only a 10min or less drive to the Clearwater Beaches. The location is also great if you want to visit Madeira Beach/Treasure Island or St. Petersburg. The house is gorgeous and did not disappoint. The amenities were better than any other VRBO property we have stayed with.

Great communication with the host. When we checked in the air was set on 68 so we turned it up to 72 and noticed water coming out from the floor seams outside the hvac closet in the family room. They were very quick to get someone out to look at it. The owners care about their property and it shows. She did warn us that the guests prior to us left much to be cleaned up. This was very true. The house is well decorated and plenty of left behind goods from previous guests. We loved all the available beach items.

Not quite as expected

On the day of check-in we were informed that the dishwasher was broken and would not be fixed for the duration of our stay. We believed that we had the entire house to ourselves but learned upon arrival that the "available additional space" was actually an apartment within the home. One of the lounges by the pool was broken and we found occasional crawling insects in the house. Aside from that, the space was fine and the pool was well maintained.
