Fantastic home! We had 5 adults and 2 babies - this home was comfortable, perfectly located (babies especially loved the short walk to the beach), and had great amenities. Sarah's communication is also amazing!

Perfection

Amazing stay in paradise. House was fully equipped with everything you could want. Golf cart was wonderful short trips to local restaurants, stores, and sunset watching on beach. Would definitely stay here again!

It was ok.

It was clean and had space for everyone. The arcades were nice. But, while it’s a few blocks from the beach, it didn’t feel like a beach vacation and it felt like we were contained in a space that was surrounded neighbors. You can’t open the shades because you’re looking in someone’s house. There is zero view of outside that didn’t involve seeing in someone else’s windows. If you sit on the front deck it’s covered in mosquitos and looking directly at houses. If you need to place to sleep and watch TV, this works. If you want to spend time relaxing as a family, enjoy the florida view, I would suggest staying somewhere else. Compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at this felt like the owners have never spent a significant amount of time there. Things were missing that would make the stay more comfortable. Here’s a few suggestions: tissues (none provided), detergents (there were a couple but we stayed for a week - 4 washer pods isn’t enough), nightlights, ice cream scoop, coffee pods, a beach tote, hot water maker, more coffee cups, throw blankets (the air conditioning is a lot).

This was easily a 5-star stay—everything about it was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful extras that made our trip incredibly smooth. From the plush, high-quality towels to the stocked kitchen (yes, even salt and garlic!), it felt like the owners truly thought of everything.We were especially impressed by the beach amenities—chairs, toys, even swimmers’ diapers for emergencies. The washer and dryer were top-notch, and the basement and playrooms were huge and perfect for families. Having a golf cart to drive to the beach (just 10 minutes away on foot) was such a luxury, and the quiet neighborhood made it a peaceful retreat.We loved grabbing coffee at The Grove just around the corner, and ice cream from Kooky Coconut was less than a mile away. This was hands-down the nicest place we’ve stayed on the Gulf Coast, and we visit often.We even got to meet the owner—wonderful people who clearly care about their guests. Don’t sleep on this place. Book it. We’ll be staying here every time we come back!

ZERO problems

Great visit to Indian Rocks Beach. House was exactly right. Host was extremely reachable and helpful. Golf cart was like brand new, house was like brand new, very convenient to restaurants and beach. We went straight to the beach everyday, parked in public beach access for free using the golf cart. Kitchen had everything we needed and wanted. Just an absolutely great place. Host gave tips and insight to make the trip better and was accessible but never in our business. Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed it.

Sweet 16th Birthday

Great place to have a couple of 16 year olds hang out after beach time. The Grove restaurant is right around the corner with the golf cart. It makes a great morning breakfast/brunch! Thank you Sarah

The place was perfect for my family of 5. Nice and clean. My kids are older so the basement didnt apply to them but my younger nieces and nephew who were staying near by, loved it2 things i would mention to make this place even better would be to hang a smart tv in both spare bedrooms and add a small skillet to the kitchen. Other than that we have no complaints and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great spot!

Very nice place! Clean and updated! No signs of any hurricanes here! Golf cart made it easy to get to the beach, park and local restaurants. Sarah responded quickly to a few questions that we had too! We had a great time and would stay here again!

Don't hesitate to rent this property

As soon as we arrived, the check-in process was really smooth. Upon entering the rental, we noticed right away how clean the property is and cozy. Our kids loved the ping pong table, they spent hours playing. One of their highlights was the golf cart, same for my husband, he loved driving it to the beach. We went daily, the beach is not far at all. We used the chairs and umbrella from the property. We truly felt like this was a home away from home.

Excellent Property & Area

I would definitely recommend this property and will be staying here again. We stay at Indian Rocks each year, and this year our stay was just as enjoyable and was no different even with the recent hurricanes to the area. This was our first stay at this house and the accommodations were so nice for our large family. The golf cart, beach supplies, and everything we needed for the stay was right there including gate/pack n play for our toddler. The kids really enjoyed the game room and all the games/toys provided during the stay. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful prior to, and during our stay with communication and details. This area is the perfect place for a family friendly vacation, we’ve visited during many different times of the year but Thanksgiving week may be our new favorite.

Summer family vacation

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect for size with lots of space. The kids loved the game room and arcade games. Property is located closed to all of the action without being swamped by the condos and tourism area. Golf cart and beach stuff was amazing so we could get to the beach easy and the kids had plenty of things to play with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Slice of paradise!

What a beautiful property! Of all the vacation rentals we have stayed in over the years, this was by far our favorite. The house is lovely and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. The golf cart was a highlight for the kids as well as the sand toys, surf boards and game room. The house was VERY clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable. It was just a short few minute ride down to the beach and we had no trouble at all parking in the golf cart spaces. Do not hesitate to book this property. You will really enjoy your trip to Indian Rocks!! Thank you for sharing this amazing property with our family!

Loved it!! The home felt like home!! In fact we have that same sectional lol...loved having the golf cart! Came in handy when the littles were having a melt down towards bed time, they'd go off on a little ride and come back happy and ready for bed! Also, loved the area and location of property! So easy to walk to the beach. Not one single complaint or change.

Loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We stayed here on our 2024 spring break getaway. We loved the location and the option to take the golf cart even though the beach was a few blocks away. Great restaurants nearby. Gorgeous white sand beach. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I loved the landscaping in the back… outside shower and relaxing swing to take a nap. Great memory to look back on for years to come…

Long Weekend Getaway

Our Stay at Indian Rock Luxury home was wonderful! The house was picture perfect. The home was immaculate, very updated, clean and just as described on line. The beach was within walking distance, as well as the local shops, and dining. We walked to the boat launch every morning and watched dolphins. We enjoyed the home, the game room with ping pong was a huge hit with the teenagers and adults. The Golf Cart was an added bonus and made it easy to experience different access points to the beach.

Cleanliness with ALL the Amenities!

After a long day of travel, it was wonderful to find our home for the next 3 days exactly as presented! The cleanliness & welcoming decor made for a great start to our vacation! The beautifully decorated bedrooms with cozy linens made for a good night's sleep. The game room in the lower level was a hit and enjoyed by our grandkids ages 2-8...adults too! It gave the adults on the main floor some quiet time and an opportunity to catch up! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We made a few trips to the park that was only a short walk away. The golf cart came in handy for a trip to the beach to search for shells and a quick treat at the Indian Rocks Cafe & Deli. The wagon, sand toys & beach chairs were a nice plus! Loved the outdoor shower! The location of this house is great! We ventured out and explored the numerous beaches in the area. Everything seemed to be in close proximity. The restaurants in the area were wonderful! It was a very easy area to navigate. The people were all so welcoming! Safety was never a concern. The owners of this property pay attention to detail to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay...and we greatly appreciated it!

Excellent IRB get-a-way!!

I was immediately impressed upon entering this lovely home! Clean, welcoming, and everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures! The Hosts did an amazing job of communicating what would be provided and how to use everything. My husband, children, and grandchildren (6 & 8) enjoyed the closeness of the beach, the game room, spa, and especially the golf cart – I think the golf cart was the highlight for the grandkids. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of rain, but there was plenty of things in the home to occupy everyone and we were able to enjoy just being together! It was definitely a 5 star weekend! I would highly recommend this home & hope to return in the future.E
