This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo carries an updated, tasteful decor throughout. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with stools and newer appliances. Gorgeous flooring throughout. The living area as well as the main bedroom open up to a nice balcony with comfy outside seating. You're sure to spend quality time on the water front balcony, where you'll enjoy a beautiful view of Boca Ciega Bay. Watch dolphins and manatees play with your morning coffee or as you sip on a cocktail later in the day. 3 flat screen TV's, high speed internet plus a 27" computer monitor for those "at the beach" Zoom meetings. Both bathrooms feature granite counter tops, a tub/shower combo in the main bath and a large walk in shower in the guest bath.

The large pool, heated in the winter, as well as beach access is just across the building.
