  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Wrong week

Beautiful property and beach. I wasn’t impressed by receiving a contract AFTER I paid that said no money would be returned, for any reason, and the property I rented wasn’t even guaranteed, they move me at their discretion. We mistakenly traveled on college spring break. After arriving, and checking in, the town was packed with nowhere to eat. Still a very enjoyable vacation overall, just not as quiet as we’d hoped.

This property and location was perfect for our week after our sons wedding in StPete The sunsets were spectacular and the views from our balcony were amazing to relax and watch the ocean The place was beautiful and had everything we needed including the beach needs Would definitely recommend it and would like to get back into this place again in the future

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for a family vacation. The unit was exactly what the picture showed and was a perfect size for a family of 4. The view from the unit is amazing to wake up to and end the day with wonderful sunsets. The facilities in the complex are in great condition with a large pool area that never seemed crowded. The beach felt secluded, perfect for a family with kids. We never needed to contact the rental agency, they provided all the information we needed prior to arrival with additional information in the unit after arrival. Great rental experience.

Great little home away from home

The property was very well kept and nice. The beach was beautiful as always and a great place to get away, along with the pool and spa. Only complaint… the ice machine didn’t work on the freezer. I called the day after we got there and placed a ticket. Was told the maintenance guy couldn’t make it until Tuesday which was fine we were there all week. We had an appointment on a fishing excursion all day Tuesday so we weren’t there so I’m not sure if the guy came. I wasn’t notified and the ice machine still didn’t work so I chalked it up as being broken. We just bought bags of ice. I didn’t feel like dealing with a maintenance call again on my vacation. Other than that the customer service through resort rentals was great and it wasn’t that big of a deal. I was more worried about getting the blame for it not working after we left. Hence why I called the first time. As mentioned the beach was nice just a lot more flesh exposure (men and women in thongs) than our stay before. That was not all but I will not go into detail. But you can’t complain since it’s a public beach. Just sucked having to explain some things to my 10 year old that I wasn’t expecting. This was the weekend only, the rest of the week wasn’t bad. So be ware if you have small children if you don’t want them exposed to certain things.

Short but sweet

Property was as advertised! Condo was clean and views were amazing. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for kids which is great not to have those items take space in car if driving. Unfortunately we had to leave 3 days into our stay due to hurricane ian… our family loved the time we had and will be staying there in the future:)

Perfect size for My daughter and 2 granddaughters ages 10@11, and myself. Loved the room, the view, the pool., the beach. We had the best time ever. Can’t say enough about how great this place is!

Resort Good, Red Tide Bad

The resort was really nice. The location was quiet. The condo was really nice with nice amenities. The property manager was less than helpful when we arrived to discuss that red tide was rampant, and it ruined our vacation. We could not go out on the beach because of the thousands of dead fish baking in the sun with swarms of flies. While this was out of the control of the condo manager, they could have at least notified us that conditions were as bad as they were. It ended up being a horrible vacation and I will not go back to this area because of the red tide.

Overall great place to stay!

The only concern was the cleanliness of the actual condo itself. When we arrived, the counters in kitchen were sticky and didn't seem to have been wiped down clean. The floors throughout the condo also didn't seem to have been washed but rather just a quick sweep/vacuum. I did spend some time doing that myself and wiping down pantry shelves to put our things onto. Also, there were still eggs from previous tenant left behind in bottom drawer which I just left and did not touch. For the price we paid and location I would say I would have expected a cleaner condo. Other than that, the property was wonderful and the sunset was great!!
