Space is exactly as pictured. East check-in/out. Great balcony overlooking the water. We saw manatees and dolphins right from our room.

Perfect Stat

We loved our stay at Sunrise resort!!! When they say come stay with the Manatees- they are not kidding!!! So cool to watch them with the sunrise every morning and then go to the front porch and enjoy sunsets every night!!! Just the right size for the four of us and everything we needed! The place was meticulously clean and attention to detail at the pool and grounds was apparent everywhere! We have nothing bad to say and would 100% stay again!!!

The wifi was in and out, but honestly, we were all sp busy having fun, we hardly noticed. We started our trip being upclose with dolphins and ended our trip with a visit from a mama manatee and her sweet baby. Every night, we sat on the spacious deck and recounted our wonderful day. We will definitely be back!

I stayed in this unit with my husband, 9 year old and my mom and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is great. There is a beach right across the street within walking distance along with shops, restaurants and a grocery story all close by. We had a car but it would be easy to get around just by walking. The property was clean and family friendly. I watched my son play in the pool with other children from my balcony on the 3rd floor.

The space is just right for our family of four. Tasteful furnishings and well maintained with a friendly crew. We appreciate the finishing touches provided by the owners! Convenient proximity to the bay and the ocean with a great pool, shuffleboard and tennis court. If I could make any suggestion, it would be to update the blinds, but have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here!
