The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Unit is exactly as pictured. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The wagon and beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler) were such a huge help! We did have an issue with the dishes in cabinets and silverware being dirty. Management responded quickly and was much appreciated! The faucet in the kitchen has almost no water pressure which makes washing dishes difficult. The shower head in the master shower has also seen better days and needs replacing. The pool was heated the first day we were there and the pool furniture is comfortable and well kept. Be careful walking upstairs as the hand rails are NOT securely attached. This is no fault of the unit itself but an issue with the HOA. The parking for this unit is right next to the dumpster which makes getting in and out a bit difficult especially if there is a truck or large SUV parked in the space next to you. Overall a good deal if you’re trying to save money.

This condo was in a great location! We loved that it was a quiet setting. The pool is great! We appreciated having all of the necessary beach gear. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. Would love to stay here again!

My Brother-in-law and I stayed Thursday to Tuesday.Plenty of room , beds were great, good Kitchen well stocked with cookware, plates, silverware. Close to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool area, friendly guests.

Everything you need!

Had everything you need. Pool was great, nice and warm. Room had all the dishes, ect that we needed. Washer and dryer were great. We have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Beach and places to eat and drink all walk-able.

Get away

Nice pool. Nice place to stay. Only issue we had was the tv didn’t work and told them the day we checked in and it never got fixed. And then the toilet started leaking and it did take a while for someone to answer us back but other then that it wasn’t a bad place to stay!

Nice place and great location

This unit was nice, clean and well stocked with supplies. I would question the bed in the second bed room, I think it is a full size not a queen and very uncomfortable. It is nice that it had in unit washer/dryer. We did have an issue with the furnace, the blower ran all the time then when the Tom’s ent to the upper 40’s the heat would not come on. We contacted the rental agency and all they did was ask questions, no repairs were completed during our stay. Somewhat disappointing on that.

Rough start but smooth sailing

First impression was not best because upon entering found sand on couch and living room floor, dirty kitchen sink, and fridge full of leftover food. So first vacation task was cleaning which is last thing I wanted to do being a mom to teen boys who does this on the regular. And also because we had paid hefty cleaning fee and check in time is later than other places. After that though it was smooth sailing. Very comfy beds/pillows and super convenient wireless phone chargers by the beds. Very well stocked kitchen and towels aplenty. Very close to beach. Also close to supermarkets. Breakfast at Frog Pond was delish. Checking out was a breeze. If it weren't for the first encounter, would have been a perfect stay.

Great place. Could of been clearer but other than that it was wonderful. Quiet, great location, secure, we’ll stocked kitchen and linen supplies.. 1 parking pass was missing and the other we found hidden on top of the refrigerator. Rental company was supposed to drop some off but didn’t follow through.

The stay was great. We had a total of 4 condos at the waves at the same time with family that week. The only issue we had with Waves 20 was poor communication in getting the key code to the box on the railing that held a key so that we didn't have to use the long code to get into the condo each time. Once we got a hold of someone who knew the code it was great. would stay again for sure!

I was led to believe the property was closer to the beach but is was blocks away from any access. There were some great waterfront bars really close though. The condo was nice and clean but the pool was not up to par.

Great Location, unit could use some updating

Great Location, just a few blocks from the beach. Nice amenities in the closet for the beach and we enjoyed the pool. The washer/dryer in unit was a big plus. The negatives were the unit had a very awful smell when we first arrived, we mentioned it to property management and they added and sprayed a ton of air fresheners that just masked the smell. Once the unit cooled down and was conditioned the smell was a lot less and went away. The bathrooms and unit need a fresh update, they are dated. The master bath shower had mold in it, and I just didn't feel it was clean, also found some dirty dishes in the cupboards..eeew...Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again, but would love to see the unit get a makeover. After seeing our friends unit in the same complex, ours seemed extremely out of date.

Great location and space

We had a good time staying at the Waves. The pool was perfect for the kids (and us). It’s a short walk to the beach and many good restaurants. The 2nd bedroom bed was very creaky and not the most comfortable, but otherwise it was a nice place! Lots of beach gear provided, so that was a plus.
