Ideally located just about a mile from Upham Beach and only 1.1 miles to the start of Treasure Island beaches—an easy 3–5 minute drive—you’re never far from sun, sand, and stunning Gulf views and sunsets.

The true highlight of this home is the incredible outdoor space, where you’ll want to spend most of your time. The spacious, fully fenced backyard offers privacy and is perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the large pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs, a great pool, and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Dogs are welcome with applicable fees and restrictions, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun. 1 larger or 2 smaller dogs with a one time $100, non refundable pet fee.

Inside, the home features an open and inviting layout.
