Clean room. Perfect amount of amenities. Received lost of information from the host. All was great with that. Pool was Ok by middle of the week when it warmed up. But the hot tub was cold the whole week. Maintenance came and said they fixed it multiple times but it was freezing cold the whole time. The temps did drop so it really would of been nice to have the hot tub to relax and warm up in. Was a little disappointed in that. Also, make sure to check the bifold closet door that hold the pool/beach stuff, the one door falls off the track when you open it. Had to catch it a couple times. Great location though. Overall all was good. Just sad about the hot tub.

The view was amazing, the location was perfect! The host was easily accessible, I was having problems with my door access code and they fixed immediately. Only negative I can say is the elevator was down our entire trip so we had to carry everything from the 3rd floor. I would still recommend and I will definitely book again!

We LOVE this Vacation Spot.

We stayed at The Palms 2 years ago and fell in love with it so we decided to return just in a different room. Love the location between the marina and beach. So accessible walking to the beach or Publix if needed. Highly recommend!

Great location- great vacation

Clean and well-equipped condo with great balcony and wonderful water views, just across street from the beach, covered parking and walking distance to everything you need at the beach. We had a super time here.

Spring Break without the kids

The condo was great. We had 4 adults and plenty of space with the two bedrooms. The kitchen suited our needs with the meals we made at the property. The view of the ICW was so pretty. We loved watching the pelicans, dolphins, and the other birds that call this place home. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony for meals, reading, relaxing, and games at night. We enjoyed the fact that Publix was right next door and the beach was just across the street. We split our time pretty evenly between pool time and beach time. As far as the location, it was perfect. It was a lower traffic area, but very walkable to everything we wanted to do like beach time, groceries, restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. The two biggest drawbacks were the teens also on spring break who were very loud late into the night. We didn't notice any quiet times posted. The other was the mattresses. They were almost too firm if that is even possible. The beds were fine, just a little too hard.

Great Stay!

We had a great time during our visit. Being so close to the beach, grocery and other stores / restaurants was perfect! The view off of the balcony was amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful bay views and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay and made new friends with the family of ducks that reside poolside. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Parking was convenient and having a Publix grocery store next door within walking distance was super convenient. I wish I could give 5 stars however, the Air Conditioning was not cold enough, the thermostat was locked at 76 and would not go any lower making it uncomfortable when cooking or returning from a long day at beach. Engineering tried fixing but was not able to. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom was way too soft making us sink into the mattress. I brought this all to the attention of management and they were responsive so hope these issues are corrected for the next family that stays there.

Beautiful views & location

Property in a good location with nice large balcony with water views. Publix right next door and Beach across the street. Unit could use a deep cleaning, food stains on kitchen island wall, very dusty vents/ windows/ blinds. The floors could use a good scrubbing especially in the bathrooms. The beds could be a little more comfortable. The building itself could use some cleaning and updating. Overall we had a good stay, you cannot beat the location and views.

Awesome customer service!!

We’ve stayed at The Palms multiple times over the years & always enjoy our stay. Every unit we’ve stayed our unit is a 2bedroom/2bathroom unit with a balcony & pull-out couch. We love having a balcony facing the bay because it’s super peaceful & we get to see dolphins swimming through at various times. The unit has everything. Full Kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. The pool is great. Nothing fancy. But sometimes simple is nice. There’s also a hot tub. There’s a bin with lots of beach & pool toys available for guests to use. I want to brag on the service we received from the rental company, iTrip Vacation Rentals. We didn’t sleep good at all our first night there. The bed in the master bedroom was super saggy & really squeaky. Every time one of us would change position, it would creek really loudly. We contacted the rental company the next day & within 3 hours they had a new mattress & box springs installed!!!! It was amazing! The couch cushions also had an odor to them & the rental company took care of it immediately! So so impressed! The beach is literally across the street. Publix is right next door. Some restaurants within walking distance. We walked to get ice cream one night.

Great Location

We love this property! It's our second time staying here. Great location and beautiful view. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Publix next door is convenient and the beach is right across the street. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Perfect spot!

We had a small issue getting into the room but the manager answered us immediately and we were in just minutes later. Great communication from owner. The property was as listed. Great views from the patio. Saw dolphins daily. Beach access is right across the street, walking distance to Sloppy Joe's and publix right next door. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back.

More pros than cons

Over great experience. Location is amazing, beach right across the street, grocery store next door. The unit has all the basics, nothing fancy but functional, and the patio overlooking the intercoastal waterway was simply gorgeous. Here's our big con: the bed in the master was awful. Hard, VERY loud and creaky. It was impossible to sleep on. The issue was the shower in the hall didn't drain but given the low water pressure, it didn't fill up too soon. You can see that there's been water damage on the wall so apparently it's an ongoing issue. If they put in a new bed and fix the shower, we'd gladly go back. Also beware, the key pad on the front door was disabled a full hour before check-out which could have been a real problem as we were loading up the car. Had we been locked out on a Sunday and missed our flights waiting to be let back in, we would not have been happy.

Cleanliness of room could be improved. Definitely need to replace the queen mattress! Need to add kitchen essentials as simple as a hot mitt! We enjoyed the property location walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Great view to ocean and overlooking the beautiful bay!

Cozy seaside condo with a nice view of inland waterways

This condo offered plenty of room for my family of six to comfortably stay and enjoy pool and beach time. We had a couple electrical issues, but the maintenance crew was able to fix them within 15 minutes of contacting the phone number.
