Couldn't be better. Didn't want to leave for home.

The location and views from the balcony are spectacular. Host has thought of everything. Condo is stocked as though you are staying in someone's home. Spices, dishware, extra paper goods and cleaning supplies, etc. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!

Paradise on the Gulf

This property is just as marketed. There wasn't one thing we needed, that wasn't available. The views are fantastic. Just as others have said; we stayed on the balcony 75% of our stay. Very close to many great restaurants. Beth was very attentive with all inquiries. The unit was spotless. Very well maintained. Cannot say enough about our fantastic stay.

Fabulous!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! WOW! The excellent accommodations are true to pictures and description, and upon arrival we were blown away by the views from both inside the condo and from the expansive balcony. The location at the end of Sunset Beach provided us with our own little quiet getaway but we were also close enough to Gulf Blvd and St Pete Beach that we could bike easily to all of our favourite restaurants, bars and shopping. The pool over looking the beach was ideal to lounge around in the afternoons and then easy to walk down the boardwalk directly onto the beach. Sunset beach is stunning with its white sand and sunset views and not overly crowded. Everything about our time was beyond expectations. The condo was stocked with a full kitchen for cooking and meal prep, the living room furniture was extremely comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the availability of beach chairs and towels was a great touch and such a bonus to have access to. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the various views. Overall - our experience exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for having us!! Cheers,

Absolute best VRBO experience without a doubt.

The view is spectacular with the perfect balcony to enjoy it. We saw dolphins and manatees while enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. We even saw pelicans soaring by at eye level. You have a view of the Gulf from every room. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to a full spice cabinet and wine refrigerator. There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Bathrooms are furnished with oversized, luxurious bath towels and hairdryers. There is plenty of closet and drawer space as well as a full size washer and dryer. I didn't repeat the comments about the Treasure Island area that have been cited in previous reviews. I agree with them wholeheartedly. Owners Beth and Ron are very responsive to any requests and are anxious to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. They couldn't have been more gracious. Thank you both. Can't beat the view!

When we go to the shore for a vacation, we like to go to restaurants located on the beach that have a water view. While staying in this condo, there was no reason to do that, since the view from the condo was spectacular. The view from the living room, the view from the kitchen, the view from each of the two bedrooms – just beautiful! The condo itself was very comfortable and wonderfully furnished. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kitchen dishes and utensils – all plentiful and excellent. During the month we stayed there, I cooked more often than I have during any other condo stay – both because the convenience of the kitchen and because of the open concept design of the condo. The pool and deck were very inviting. The pool temperature was usually in the 80s which was great for us. We never counted more than 21 people on the deck area – so the six umbrella tables and about 50 chairs were more than adequate for anyone seeking sun or shade. We were disappointed that we didn’t have a better view of the beach from the pool deck. This was because the roofs of the car ports and lots of vegetation blocked the view. Because the complex is at the end of Treasure Island, the beach wasn’t ever too crowded. Surely, there were more people on the weekends, but still, there was always room. Part of the beach is narrow, leaving only 20 feet or so of sand when the tide was in, but walk a bit either north or south and the beach widens. There is a boardwalk that is built around the end of the island, which we walked most mornings. At just a little under a mile, it was a great way to start the day. Grocery shopping was very convenient with a Publics about a five minute drive away. I also did wish there was a dining table in the main room, the kitchen table, which is in a corner, just didn’t invite one to linger over a meal. The bar stools, while comfortable, face away from the windows. Would we go back? Absolutely, in fact, we were disappointed to find the unit was already rented for next year for the time we travel. Oh, and did I mention the view? Gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony, beautiful sparkling water that just didn’t end, a lovely view over St. Pete’s Beach and the Intercoastal Waterway – I can’t imagine it being any better!

Mansions By The Sea

Beth & Ron the owners met us on our arrival and walked us through the property. Their condo unit has amazing views from all living areas, as well as expansive deck. The property is very well appointed. My wife was very pleased on arrival, I tend to be a bargain shopper at times and she ends up less than thrilled with our accommodations, but not this time. She was very pleased. Lots of great restaurants just a short dive away. Very nice pool, sauna's, game room, and library available to you. Beautiful beach. It was a wonderful stay. We will rebook if visiting the Gulf shore of Florida. Thank You Ron and Beth

Great condo on beautiful Sunset Beach!

This is a wonderful condo: exceptionally decorated, extremely well equipped kitchen, and a drop dead gorgeous panoramic views with breathtaking sunsets! The property owners were wonderful to work with and I highly recommended it!
