• No unregistered guests
• No smoking
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)

This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.

Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay!

The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process . Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out .
