  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

A Wonderful Winter Getaway for Snow Birds

A great condo and welcome week away from freezing temps in the northeast

Well decorated and equipped 2bd/2ba condo next to the beach. Great kitchen, comfy beds and spacious bath in a gated community with assigned private parking. TV remotes were a small puzzle i figured out! Cleanliness was less than stellar. The bathrooms had mildew issues on arrival. It may have been idle and not rented for a while? We cleaned it ourselves to our standards at any rate. This seems to be a norm with private rentals cleaned by corporate vacation companies. Despite that part of it, I would definitely book again in the future based on overall quality and location!

Just right

Overall property was well maintained and enjoyable. I would note that the sofa was not a fully functioning sofa sleeper as noted in description. Also something that was a bit of a disappointment was across the bay there is a restaurant bar and even with door shut you can still hear the music (sometimes inappropriate lyrics) until early hours into the morning. Other than that this was a great place to stay and great vacation. I would definitely stay at lands end again.

Perfect

This is my second time staying at this property, and I hope to be able to again. Sunrises, sunsets, beautiful beach, clean saltwater pool, quiet complex, comfortable living space, nothing I don’t like about this place. Close proximity to downtown St. Petersberg is a bonus as well.

Wonderful stay!

I thought the pictures were beautiful but walking in took my breath away, it was really beautiful and welcoming, bright & very updated. I still tell my husband I want a counter like that in my kitchen. I loved the patio, SO enjoyable sitting outside at any time, seen so many birds and animals in the water and boat watching! I believe I even liked it more than bring oceanfront. The pool was a great size, the beach was close, grounds were clean. I would definitely stay here again. I hate to even put a negative comment in this review but the king size bed was terrible, not comfortable and the sheets drove us nuts, wasn't like a normal sheet that tucked under the mattress with elastic, I assume it was for ease of putting on and taking off for cleaning staff, but the moment you moved, it was a balled mess. I had to sleep with my Daughter day on #2 bc of it and her sheets/bed weren't much better. Also the pool staff was something else, it blew my mind how catty and rude a few of the regulars were! It's spring break, lots of kids, youngons and teens, everybody was well behaved and respectful , I think they forgot what it was like to be young and in a pool. Not any fault of the owner, it was just a couple uncomfortable situations unfortunately that left a bad taste in my mouth. Again beautiful condo, thanks for allowing us to stay.

Treasure Island 2024

Booked two weeks at this property and we had never stayed on Treasure Island/Sunset each area. Property was very well taken care of. Great pool and two hot tubs. Condo was very comfortable for two mature couples and had everything we needed. Outside on a minor inconvenience for a washing machine repair everything was great. Property Management was outstanding with their communications with us before, during and after our stay. Music from across Blind Pass channel was not an issue and we enjoyed listening to it nightly. If patio sliding doors closed not noticeable inside unit. Many restaurants/attractions within an easy drive. Would consider staying at this condo in future. Ron D.

Beautifully Updated Condo

Condo is perfect. It is completely updated, very clean, well furnished, and has comfortable beds and top of the line appliances. Land’s End is a lovely condominium complex with a huge beautiful pool, lush grounds and many amenities. We are looking forward to returning to this same condo in the near future.

Beach Escape

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great, beach was relaxing and the area fits us perfectly. The property is beautifully landscaped and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The property is currently undergoing some maintenance, but the management made is as painless as possible. We did encounter some issues, not related to the condo itself, however the rental company seemed attentive to our issues and promised to have them addressed.

Another Amazing Stay!

This condo is exactly as listed. Close to shops, restaurants, John’s Pass but just far enough down the road to feel like you are away from the traffic. The place is much more beautiful than the pictures show. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and everything in working order. The grounds are immaculate, the people we encountered are very friendly and helpful. We were two couples and had plenty of room for all of our belongings, and then some. We had a view of the canal and saw dolphins. The beach is clean and safe. The pool is gorgeous and maintained. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, pool toys, cooking utensils and all updated appliances. This condo took care of our every need. This was our 2nd visit to this condo and we plan to return. Thank you Charles!

Spring Break Trip

Beautiful Condo!! Saw several units, this one was far superior to others. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, bathrooms updated and beautiful, plenty of towels, beach towels were nice as well. Keyless entry is a bonus. The grounds are neat and clean, really nice large pool. Room was not ready at 4:00 as promised but I think it was a miscommunication with cleaning service. The bar music across the way is not bad at all, ends early and it was enjoyable sitting on the balcony listening. We found the dog walkers at the beach below the unit a little less enjoyable with barking dogs. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk around the complex each morning. Beach is lovely and not crowded like most resorts. Good location for families, not as great for a group of high school boys as far as convenience to restaurants and John's Pass.

Beautiful condo

We had to find a new place since our condo on FMB was destroyed by the hurricane. We found this place last minute and loved the recent renovations. Quiet condo association and lots of amenities. Music across the waterway is loud at night but didn’t bother us. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

This apartment was meticulous, but noise from the bars!

We had a lovely stay here, except for the noise across the street from the bars. Absolutely no fault of the owners / property managers. They even went so far as to submit a noise complaint (which the bar’s complied with for a few nights, esp when PD patrol rode by) However, if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this might not be the best spot on the Lands End property, They have a lovely Beachside condo as well that may suit those who want ocean sounds vs rock music. If not for the noise, we would make this our #2 go-to property for all of our future FL family visits.

Beautiful & Clean Condo

My family and I spent a week in this unit. It was a great space for the 4 of us. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach and pool wasn't very far. As mentioned in several other posts, the music from the bars across the way was loud, but most nights it was done by 10, except for weekends where it went a little longer. The beach items were a welcome surprise and greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again if we were to travel to the area.

Lands End

Unit itself was wonderful. Complex is nice, was not crowded at all when we were there. I will agree with other reviewers that the noise from the bar across the water at night was a bit “much.” The deck in the morning was peaceful and pleasant to watch the sun come up!

Beautiful. Immaculate.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is decorated with gorgeous artwork and high end furnishings. The location is directly on a canal where you can watch the boats, many different birds and the manatees come by almost every day. On the other side of the complex is the beach. Or you can go to the pool which is fairly large and clean. The condo has everything you could possibly need. All high end appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, everything you need for cooking. And plenty of space for all of your things. I really appreciated the large walk-in closet and all of the dresser space. Everything worked perfectly. Check in was simple. We felt very safe at the complex. And it is an easy drive into several towns for shopping, dining and other recreational activities. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in! We will be back. Highly recommend!

Always Great at lands end

Love staying at lands end, this is our 4th time in the past 5 years staying at lands end. The condo was top notch from all the updates that had been done. Can’t wait to get back next year!
