Our hosts met us at check-in, reviewed all features of the home and back patio and pool area which was great. The house was very cozy and with extended family also staying, all of us had ample room areas and privacy. Would definitely stay again!

The property was even better than the listing described—it was incredibly clean, stocked with everything you can possibly think of, and the location was perfect for a quick ride (in the golf cart) or walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Really nice pool, tons of beach equipment including chairs and a wagon. The beds were comfortable. Host was super nice, responsive and helpful with checking in and answering any questions we had. He even gave us a list of recommendations for local entertainment and places to eat. We will definitely stay again in the future!! 5 ’s!!

Spectacular trip all around. The house was exactly as described. Every little detail was well thought out. From day 1 we arrived earlier than expected and we reached out to Don who was able to meet us at the house early and showed us around. The pool was pristine. The house was immaculate. The golf cart is a great addition to buzz around town. Don and Sharon gave us many recommendations on dining and shopping. We did several day trips to honeymoon island, Clearwater and pass a grille. All great spots. Pickleball courts 3 blocks away. People were very welcoming and was able to get some good games in. The sunsets were great every night. It is a daily event it seemed like. Everyone in town gravitates towards the beach to see the beautiful sunsets. Some food spots we went to were the cooky coconut(great Cuban sandwiches) on the beach. TJ’s Italian was great. And salt rock grill was our favorite. Sad to leave ! But we plan on coming back. Thank you!

Great beach stay

The house is in a great location close to beaches and some really good restaurants. Pinball was fun to play with the family when we had some time in the house. The pool is nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. Golf cart is great for beach runs as well as trips out to eat. The owner Don is very helpful and responsive if we had any questions.

10 STARS! I would give this property 10 stars if I could. The hosts met us at check-in to go over everything which was very helpful. The house has been totally renovated with all new appliances. Everything you need including the beach and restaurants were a golf cart ride away but with the awesome back yard pool and grill why leave? The beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pinball machine was a plus as well. We will definitely be back very soon.

Great stay at Indian Rocks

Enjoyed a 5 night stay at this outstanding house. The check in process was outstanding. The house was clean and newly updated. The pool outside was incredible for the kids to use (ages 2 and 4). The outdoor space was relaxing and great for outdoor meals or just lounging. The golf cart was also a major plus. Not only does it make getting to and from the beach or places to eat super convenient, but it provided endless entertainment for the kids. Not to mention the location of the property is close to places to grab a bite to eat or coffee. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Indian Rocks.

Great place for a family

We stayed over Spring Break with two families. The house was great as most of it was brand new. Beds were comfortable and even the twins were long twins so teenage kids fit in the bed better. The pool area was very tropical and amazing. We brought some floaters to use. The kitchen was very well stocked, though we didn’t cook. The pinball machine was a hit for everyone. Having the golf cart was awesome for getting around. Having the golf cart for beach parking was great as when we got to the beach at 11:30 most days there was plenty of golf cart only spots. Also there was endless restaurants and bars to enjoy by either walking or taking the golf cart. Our only disappointment is we booked over ncaa tournament and we were super excited to watch all the games from the pool outside and the tv was broken. Other than that they were amazing hosts and the place was amazing

Don and Sharon are excellent hosts! They have everything you need to enjoy a beach getaway. After messaging prior to arrival, it was great to meet them as they showed us around the house. We loved the golf cart for our trips to the beach and having the pool waiting for us when we came back to the house. Had a great stay! Location was terrific with multiple beach access areas close by. The golf cart was a huge help getting gear to and from the beach. While it wasn’t a far walk, it is hot and carrying stuff would have been a real pain. Pool was a blessing for a break from the ocean and to cool off before bed. Would come back as we would love to see the outdoor TV in action.

Perfect place to gather

We met with long distance family here for a long weekend to celebrate a 65th birthday. This house was perfect with a fun pinball machine inside and a beautiful pool outside. The golf cart was a great addition to cruise over to the beach or to go to get ice cream, food, or shop. The owner's are also super kind and informative of the area. Would stay there forever if I could!

Florida Retreat

We had our 2 adult kids staying with us and thoroughly enjoyed the backyard paradise with the pool and amenities in the back yard. The house and property were exceptionally clean and user friendly with a great set-up in the kitchen with all the supplies needed. The beds were very comfortable (especially nice having 2 king size beds), and ideal having 2 full bathrooms. The pinball machine was an added bonus, and the 6 person golf card was ideal for trips to the beach, shops and resteraunts. Our host don was the friendliest gentleman who made us feel welcome and provided some great suggestions for local dining and fun. We would love to stay here again, and would highly recommend!

Perfect Tropical Retreat

The property was great. It was clean, well decorated, and it had everything we needed from cooking family meals to beach gear. Our kids enjoyed the pool daily, the back patio is so relaxing. It's like a tropcal getaway. The sunsets at the bach at night are really Beautiful. One of the best parts is this house is only 2 blocks from the beach and comes with a golf cart which is super convenient. The owners were amazing and super helpful and returned my calls with any questions I had. My family of 5 stayed here very comfortably. The rental looks exactly as it is pictured. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and well equipped with amenities and a gorgeous back yard with pool. My 5 friends and I had the best time celebrating 3 of us having 60th birthdays. It definitely took the sting out of turning 60...lol Don and Sharon thought of everything to make us feel welcomed and very comfortable. The 6 person golf cart was so fun for us and convenient. Perfect Vacation Home

Don and Sharon are wonderful hosts that provided everything you needed, and then some. The property is in a great location close to beach, parks, shopping, and night life. It is in great shape and with the pool and golf cart had plenty of fun to offer. Backyard and pool are like being in a resort. Plan on going back!

Don met us upon arrival and showed us everything in the house. Backyard is an awesome set up. Pinball game was a hit and the golf cart was the best of all! Playgrounds and beach super close. We would stay here again!

Very well thought out details and decor. Clean, welcoming space. Backyard escape with pool and outdoor TV. Well stocked kitchen. Luxury golf cart with Bluetooth. Plenty of great food and drink close by The hosts were warm and welcomed us in person at checkin to show us all the bells and whistles. 6 stars.
