We decided to snowbird this year and stayed for 40 days. We needed somewhere we would be comfortable and our dog could have a yard. The property is centrally located between Dunedin and St Petersburg. Travel was good. Not more than 15-20 minutes for anything we needed. We were not sure what we should bring, being away from home for so long… The beds were very comfortable!! The house was fully stocked. Just needed to bring our groceries and clothes in. Some of the items that surprised us were a big supply of tea, Keurig cups, and creamers. And all the spices you can imagine. More than enough plates, bowls, glasses and silverware as well as pots, pans, and utensils.There was also a full complement of towels, etc.; there was even a stock of toothbrushes and sunscreen.We used the grill and firepit quite a bit. The backyard is beautiful and big. We brought our dog and not sure how she would handle the turf in the backyard, but she had no problems. We played some of the backyard games. They really did think of everything.The neighborhood was nice. Huge Driveway. No sidewalk outside the house to walk the dog, but it's close to the corner and sidewalk. Sarah is a great host. We contacted her, and she got back to us quickly. She was very responsive and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant.I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Clearwater.
