The view was beautiful however the cleanliness lacked. I was shocked as I had picked this property specifically due to the five stars raving about cleanliness. I’ll admit I’m a clean freak but when I raised the windows they were covered in dust, noting was moved to vacuum under prior to our arrival. There were several dead and LiVING bugs that joined us on our stay. I realize Florida and the beach are famous for particular bugs (palmetto) however I havnt encountered one in 16 years of coming to the area. I did raise a concern with the host and they apologized for the “inconvenience” it’s a beautiful property they just need to work on their cleaning staff.

Great location. We have been coming to IRB for 15 years and the fact we could walk to a few restaurants was great. The only “wish list” thing we would like are a couple chaise lounges on the deck instead of chairs …. But not a deal breaker at all. We used the pool area and all neighbors were super chill.

Our stay was amazing! Walking distance to so many things and if anything felt too far we took the trolley. There was a small issue on the balcony that Sue(manager) took care of right away. She responded to my email within minutes on a Saturday evening.

The front half of the condo with the living and kitchen space was nice, the back half with the two bedrooms needs updating. The pato door in the master bedroom along with the windows in both bedrooms need to be improved to lesson the very loud traffic noise that easily.filters in. It was even challenging to sleep with ear plugs.Check in process was great. Responsive contact person.

Amazing Oceanfront/Beachfront Condo!

You can stop scrolling - book this beautiful oceanfront/beachfront condo before someone else does! You can hear the ocean from every room! On-trend colors/decor/finishes/furniture! Immaculate and spacious! Super comfortable beds! Easy, assigned parking that’s directly under the complex. Large balcony offers fabulous water views! Don’t worry if the weather stinks during your visit - you cannot beat the water views from the kitchen/great room. Loved being able to walk right down the steps, through a gate and be directly on the beach. You’re even able to walk on the beach to get to restaurants ! A block from CVS! Super convenient to everything without feeling touristy. Awesome host- super easy check in and check out! IRB is very quiet and tranquil!

Perfect condo with amazing view

The condo was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed how nice it was. Although, coming to the beach during a cold snap made enjoying the outdoors a little difficult it was still nice to be right on the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Decided to book this location for a last minute, family beach getaway. It. Was. Perfect!! The listing is exactly as advertised, located right on the beach and within walking distance to many great places. We have absolutely no complaints and are already talking about our next trip!

Awesome place but not kid friendly

This place is beautiful. The views were amazing, the pool was refreshing, and it was a perfect spot to access some great restaurants and dessert spots. IRB is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our beach time. We were close to a CrossFit gym and able to run on the beach which was a plus for us. The only downfall is that it’s not kid friendly. We have a 1.5 year old boy and 3 year old boy. As soon as they wake up they are dancing and moving around, not jumping or doing anything other than stepping loudly. You can hear everything in this particular condo even if someone was outside walking up the steps to get into the door. Both kids weigh under 30 lbs but little feet moving around in the living room is loud. It was exhausting to yell at them the entire time to stop and sit down and not fair to them or the people below us when they were moving. The last day it rained so we just went home early bc we knew if they were inside all day it would likely be a problem. If you don’t have kids, book this place it’s great!

Stay at Indian Rocks beach

Overall this property was lovely, with updated decor. The number one reason to book this property is to be close to the beach with ocean views, which were fantastic. All of the furniture inside and out was comfy. There was strong water pressure in the showers. We were looking for a blender to make smoothies, but we ended up buying an inexpensive one, which we took to the next rental. There were a few minor issues common to Florida rentals such as difficulty opening the doorwall because of salt spray on the track, (which we forgot to report to management), and hearing some sounds from other units. There were no bugs to deal with though. We did smell smoke in our unit several times from a person outside smoking on their deck in the building right behind our unit- when we had no windows open- which was weird. Maybe it was because it was so windy and the vents on the roof kept flapping open and closed. I don't think that there is anything that anyone could do about that though. We didn't use the pool area because of the weather, but were surprised that it looked smaller in person than in photos. Over all it was a good choice to stay here.

Great amenities, great view, nice updates condo was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Bakery across the street, ice cream shop, VIP Mexican and crabby billy were great restaurants

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for the week. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a fantastic bakery. The beach was not crowded. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

If you would like to spend time right on the ocean, with convenience , and a homey feel, this is the place for you. Walking down the stairs and out of the garage, puts you right on the beach; therefore, I went everyday! This location puts you close to great places to tour, including Pier 60, John's Pass, and St. Pete's beach to name a few. The actual rooms didn't feel too foreign and felt comfortable to relax in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to see the ocean, and explore Tampa.

Gorgeous views

Enjoyable relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo. We did not want to leave. It was so clean and the furniture is beautiful. We absolutely loved the condo and the property. The views from the balcony we’re perfect. Close walking distance to coffee and ice cream shops, Crabby Bills-which is out favorite restaurant. We will definitely be back again. Sad to leave and made wonderful memories at the beach!!

Definitely a place to come back to!

The booking process was extremely easy and final confirmation with instructions were clear, easy to follow. The location and size of the entire property were great! Our unit was on the top floor providing great views and beautiful sunsets. It was also newly renovated with nice comfortable furnishings to relax on. The pool was always available with few or no other patrons around. Although we did cook in the unit a lot, we were able to enjoy using the grill for a couple of cookouts. There where plenty of restaurants within walking distance
