Step outside and you`re on the water. Launch a free kayak or paddleboard right from the property, ride a free beach cruiser to dinner, and walk a few minutes to the white sand of the Gulf.

Kayaks, paddleboards and bikes are weather permitting and subject to availability.

GUEST ACCESS
The unit is all yours. The shared waterfront gazebo, Adirondack seating, courtyard and dock area are open to guests of our other units too, so find a quiet corner or meet fellow travelers. Our on-site Stay & Play office is right here for local tips, beach gear and help with anything you need.

LOCATION
• 5-minute walk to Clearwater Beach
• 5-minute walk to Clearsky Cafe on the Beach and Crabby`s Beachside Pavilion
• 10-minute walk to Pier 60 and Frenchy`s Rockaway Grill
• Walk to Palm Pavilion, shops, restaurants and nightlife
• Next to the municipal boat ramp and a kids` play area
Getting around: the island is fully walkable. Use the free bikes, the Jolley Trolley, Uber or a golf cart rental.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Resort amenities fee: $40 per stay. It covers everything listed under What`s included.
• Pet friendly: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
• Any extraordinary cleaning, damages and/or undisclosed pets will result in a minimum additional fee of $150.
• Security cameras are installed in outdoor areas only: the jet ski and dock area, the south and north courtyards, the office door and exterior office area, and the parking lot. No cameras are located inside guest spaces.
• In a medical emergency, fire or injury, call 911.

YOUR HOSTS
Our on-site Stay & Play office is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM for beach gear, local tips and help with anything you need. Stop by and say hello, or message us any time.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit (this includes incense). No parties or events. Please keep music and noise low, especially in the evening. Serious violations, such as smoking or a party, will be reported to the platform you booked with and handled under its policies, which can include cancelling the reservation. If a key is lost, please tell us right away. The $100 replacement cost will be requested through your booking platform.

Guests who choose to use the complimentary kayaks or paddleboards sign a short equipment waiver before use. Kayak/SUP hours are 10 AM–4 PM, last launch 3 PM.
