« Location is so close to beach! Clean with a large living room area. Kitchen is large and great for cooking!! Loved the big window that opens to pool. Hot tub and pool were amazing for a big crowd. Our only issue was hot tub and pool were cold for two days even though we paid for heat. Great vacation! »

« We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. We went around the island, but honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house as we cooked out and enjoyed the heated pool. « The location of the property was definitely the bright spot of the stay. The house is truly within walking distance of everything. The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult. The cleanliness of the house was generally fine, but the refrigerator smelled like fish for the first two days and didn't get all that cold. The freezer didn't freeze anything, it was just a colder version of the fridge. The dishes generally needed to be washed...

« Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. All-in-all would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the beach! »

Communication was excellent, and I was given all info needed quickly. Visited Pier Village Area twice - it’s only 7 min away. It was so nice, and we plan to come back! »
